Déception

Appartement salle a notre arrivé pas de ménage effectuer , qui n est pas entretenue n y rafraîchie depuis au moins 30 ans dommage car bon potentiel et bonne situation a évité .

L appartement salle et crasseux a notre arriver et l état déplorable de la location pas entretien et rafraîchissement fait par le propriétaire depuis 20 ans minimum , un manque de sérieux et respect pour vos locataire .

Location très limite niveau propreté

Location très très limite niveau hygiène et propreté... Au niveau de la porte fenêtre d'entrée un bout de ferraille rajouter dépasse ce qui est très dangereux! Quand nous sommes arrivés, il y avait une odeur dans la maison... Les points positifs sont la piscine, la place de parking, la terrasse dans un endroit calme et le droit d'avoir un animal de compagnie dans cette location.

Hygiène et propreté très limite

Location très très limite niveau hygiène et propreté... Les seuls points positif c'est la localisation de l'appartement dans un coin tranquille, la piscine collective qui est neuve et la place de parking!

Maison très bien accueil déplorable

La maison est située dans une résidence très calme familiale... la description correspond parfaitement et tout y est pour passer de bonnes vacances. Il manque juste un vrai parasol ou une toile pour protéger du soleil qui tape de 10h à 20h sur la terrasse qui n’est jamais à l’ombre. Concernant notre arrivé et l’accueil à l’agence, après 6h de bouchon nous avons appeler à 11h45 pour dire que nous aurions 2 min de retard (avec 2 enfants en bas âge) en arrivant à 12h-12h05, la réponse fut vous reviendrez à 15h. Arrivée à 12h02 devant l’agence elle était fermée je trouve ça déplorable pour un samedi de grandes arrivées.

Paiement du Ménage = 44 euros obligatoire ! = poussière partout sous le lit dans les placards. Et paquet de gateau derrière un meuble! Bracelet piscine perdu ou volé =33 euros de plus. Wifi supplément. A la sortie la facture augmente. Appartement à rafraîchir. Terrasse dangereuse car pavés tous décalés . Je le recommandait pas à des amis

trop de promiscuité pas précisée dans l'annonce

Emplacement du site dans une zone sans intérêt. La proximité des voisins quand on déjeune ou dîne est de 2 à 2,50 mètres, pas reposant la nuit. Vétusté de la salle de bain qui donne une impression de manque d'hygiène. Manque d'aération, il fait très chaud sur la mezzanine malgré les portes ouverte pendant la nuit, ventilateur insuffisant . Il y avait trois torchons sale à disposition !!! nous en avons acheter. Le parasol était troué ??? Bref belle région mais logement à oublier.

L'or de mon arrivé dans ma location le menage n'avait pas étai fait comme il se doit, et des draps sal avait etait oublier. Le confort des lits et a revoir, ainsi que l'ambiance sonor du réfrigérateur.
