Horrible Host. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I scheduled a vacation for my parents and I for my Mothers birthday. I hired a chef, made travel arrangements, and spent a lot of resources and energy in preparation for our stay. The day of our arrival and her birthday dinner, I got an email at 4am saying that the owners was cancelling our reservations with no explanation or warning. I called VRBO. They were also unable to reach the owner, as they had a full mailbox and did not return any emails or calls. I had to reroute my entire trip/ planning. I still have not seen my checking account credited for the refund I am due. This property will do the same to you. Don't be left in the cold.
