• 2 Queen Bedrooms – shared bath, each with a loft bed (for kids 12+)

The house was exactly what we needed for our crew of 11. Plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was very well equipped which made it easy for making most of our meals. We had one small issue with a toilet but the owners fixed it that same day. Owners were very easy to communicate with. The location was amazing. We loved the smaller beach on the bay as much as the gulf. The kids had so much fun finding all the different sealife in the bay. I highly recommend this home for any size group!

Great location

A beautiful home with plenty of seating, towels and tons of beach toys. Beds in rooms are very comfortable. We used a couple of fans in the bunk room to help with air circulation and our teen granddaughter and her friend slept in that room. Great owners to work with and already booked our return vacation. Walkable to sound and gulf beach and the trolley stop is close-by.

Best location on the beach for sunrise & sunset views without leaving your porch.

There are so many wonderful things to say about this beach rental; the home is beautifully decorated, great floor plan and the kitchen has everything you need, Perfect location for teens because they are walking distance from the beach and the sound. Our teens also loved the pool table and their own space downstairs. Hostess was great, very easy to work with. It was a perfect getaway for our Thanksgiving gathering and we look forward to returning to Beach Haven

Fantastic beach house!

Our group had a wonderful time staying at Beach Haven. The owners have done a fantastic job of thinking of everything people would need for a beach vacation. Some of our group flew, so they had limited ability to bring beach toys, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. The house had it all, which made the trip so much easier. Communication was great, and the house was described accurately. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay again in the future!

Why they chose this property

We rented a house in the neighborhood with some friends just last summer and absolutely loved the location. We have been vacationing in Gulf Shores, AL, Destin, Ft. Walton Beach and have never had this great of a location - beach/pool/bay/bike path - it just makes for something to do all the time.

What makes this property unique

This is not your typical rental handled by an agency. Beach Haven and Sunset are the only rental properties we own at the beach and we have furnished it for OUR family to enjoy. We have many extras included that you will just not find in other homes. Plus, we have taken great care with the furnishings and decorations. You will love it.
