Quiet position yet close to the Via Cassia, from which you can reach all the major art cities, Pienza 30 km, Siena 80 km, Florence and Rome about 130 km, Orvieto 20 km, an Etruscan city Sovana - Sorano - Pitigliano 25km, around many picturesque villages, Acquapendente (8 km), where you can find local products and healthy Tuscan cuisine, in addition to the old thermal baths of San Casciano dei Bagni (12 km) and Lake Bolsena is 15 km away. Mooi huis met uitzicht
Prima ruim huis met zwembad en terrassen met uitzicht op stadje. Bijzonder zijn de grote wijnkelder en de “wenteltrap” naar boven.

Gaf niet helemaal het gewenste vakantiegevoel.
Hoewel mooi gelegen en goed verzorgd, was de geur van de koeienboerderij vlakbij een echte domper die maakte dat buitenzitten of het raam opendoen niet echt aangenaam was.

Mauvais Choix - Bad Choice
Location à éviter absolument, prix très élevé pour une maison n'offrant pas du tout le confort standard. Maison sale, humide, toiles d'araignées partout, moustiques très nombreux. Piscines sale et peu profonde 80 cm partout. Odeurs importantes causé par une élevage de vache à une centaine de mètre. Bruits constants causés par cet élevage et la Route SSR2 non loin de l'habitation. Le propriétaire ne parle pas un mot d'anglais et vous n'êtes pas du tout dans une région touristique. Pour finir, la facture d’électricité est exorbitante en raison du maintien de la clim permettant au propriétaire de maintenir à température sa cave située sous la maison. Pour résumer, si vous aimez la ferme, les odeurs, les insectes et les piqûres....c'est la maison qu'il vous faut...dans le cas contraire, A EVITER ABSOLUMENT....
