Our stay at Feeling Moody was beyond expectations! The house was amazing and so comfortable. The views were absolutely beautiful! Got the pleasure to meet Deb who was a fantastic host! Thanks again for the wine!! I had a fantastic 70th!! Can’t wait to go back!!

Birthday Getaway

We rented this beach house on the spur of the moment and couldn’t have been more pleased. We usually rent beach houses during the summer season but this house has such an amazing view of the ocean that even in colder weather it is amazing. Clean, comfortable beds and cute beach decor made for great memories for my family and myself on my 70th birthday. I was even greeted with a bottle of wine on arrival from the owner. How thoughtful! We will definitely book again.

Location, location, location! The view was perfection. We spent hours watching the waves roll in, the sun come up and the sun go down. So perfect! The house was clean, kitchen is brand new. Beds and baths very simple. Will definitely want to return. Thanks!

Perfection

There is just something about arriving somewhere and it is EXACTLY how you pictured it. Coffee every morning looking out at the sand and surf. Lazy days of reading and puzzle making. Evenings of cocktails and dinner. We prefer cooking over eating out...and with COVID this year...this was especially the case. This perfectly immaculate house (even the grill was like new) had a very well appointed kitchen that allowed us to cook with ease every night! We left them a can of cider from our home since they left us a bottle of wine from theirs. We can not wait to come back!

Awesome off season visit

We visited in the brutal cold of February and would do it again without hesitation. The house is spotless, comfortable and warm. The view is breathtaking and sunrise from the warmth of the armchairs with coffee in hand was the best. The owner was there when we checked in to show us around. We had the best three days despite the cold!!

Great Place

Beautiful setting, lots of natural light coming in, comfortable rooms, great living space, well-equiped kitchen, several 1000-pieces puzzles that kept our mind active while relaxing... Can’t ask for more! But we did have more: a warm and gracious welcome from Debbie, tour of the house and a bottle of chardonnay to go with our first lobster dinner! What a start! Just great!

We have Summer vacationed in Maine for many years, and our experience at "Feeling Moody" was by far our best! A wonderful house in a great location. We knew the 1st hour we were there that we had found a gem!

Perfect for a needed getaway! Quiet, except for the ocean crashing, which we loved!

Debbie is a wonderful hostess, she was here when we arrived, explained a few things, how they work etc, and the property was all shoveled out as it had snowed a few days before. Excellent location, step out the door, down some steps, and voila, you're on the sand! Heat works great, important since we had the coldest Thanksgiving on record! We're already thinking of renting next year! The sunrises were awesome and the colors in the sky in the late afternoon were stunning! I have to say that these last 4 days have been restfull and have taken the holiday stress away. I would book again in a heartbeat!

Just What the Doctor Ordered!

I was looking for a place to relax, and this condo on the beach was absolutely perfect. Deb, the owner, couldn't have been more accommodating. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view, as you can see from the photos, is gorgeous. The location is perfect, with a variety of good restaurants nearby. "Joshua's" is one we particularly enjoyed; "Mekhong Thai" is another favorite. Portland is a short drive away, with Ogunquit and Kennebunkport even closer -- so there's lots to do, no matter what your interests. All in all, you can't go wrong renting this condo. Highly recommended!!

Awesome week

To walk in the door and see the ocean through the wall of glass was great. My daughters spent each low tide looking for sand dollars(found 5 whole dollars) and other treasures. Sitting on the deck at sunset and seeing fires on the beach made for very relaxing evenings. Longs walks down to footbridge beach gave my wife and I time to talk while the kids played in the tidal pools. The weather could have been a little better but the ability to just walk outside and play in the ocean made it perfect. This vacation was everything we hoped it would be and expect to be back next summer.

Even in the winter, the beach is beautiful!

We stayed here in February 2010. We were very lucky in that the weather ended up being beautiful the entire week. The house is very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Deb, the owner, surprised us with a bottle of wine upon our arrival and was a pleasure to deal with throughout the renting process. We had 4 adults and three kids and had plenty of room. The views are just amazing and our daily walks on the beach were awesome. Watching the sunrise from the master bedroom window or from the downstairs was beautiful! Most folks go to the beach in the summer but the winter gives an entirely different perspective! Kids played on the beach during the day. They all loved it as well. Plenty of shopping closeby too. No complaints here! We would definitely consider renting this again!
