Bardzo ładny dom, pięknie położony. Piękny basen. Niestety obsługa bardzo niemiła. Właścicielka zrobiła karczemną awanturę za przesunięcie łóżeczka dziecięcego na kółkach do innego pokoju. Sprzęt kuchenny w kiepskim stanie (zwłaszcza sprzęt do gotowania).

Das Haus befindet sich in einer traumhaften und ruhigen Lage, mit unglaublichen Ausblick auf die Gegend und die umliegenden Dörfer. Die Struktur bietet alles was man sich wünschen kann - bestens geeignet zum Reisen in der Gruppe. Die nächste Ortschaft (Einkaufsmöglichkeit) Castel del Piano ist in 5 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Landhaus in traumhafter Lage, sehr schön eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Großer Pool mit viel Platz zum Entspannen.

Wunderschön, traumhaft, für alle, die auch Abstriche machen können und dies als Urlaub betrachten (z. B. kein WLAN, keine Spülmaschine), da die Lebensweise in der Toskana nun mal eine andere ist. Wir waren 14 Tage dort zu 10 (7 Erwachsene und 3 Grundschulkinder) und haben die Unterkunft, den Pool und die Katzen der Besitzer geliebt. Hätte ich mehr Urlaubstage würde ich jedes Jahr dort hingehen.

Stylowy dom położony w malowniczej dolinie

Wraz ze znajomymi spędziliśmy w domu 7 dni w lipcu 2018 r. Plusy: Dom jest przepięknie położony, ma duży ogród i basen, który jest codziennie czyszczony. Sypialnie są 2-os, każda ma swoją łazienkę. Minusy: Dość trudno jest dojechać, podana mapa nie jest oczywista. Kontakt z właścicielką jest utrudniony, gdyż nie zna języka ang. Na koniec wyjazdu niesłusznie posądziła nas o zniszczenie końcówki prysznica na basenie i pomimo naszego sprzeciwu potrąciła sobie koszt naprawy z kaucji. Sprawa wymagała interwencji Interhome, który rozwiązał sprawę polubownie. W domu wyposażenie do gotowania pozostawia do życzenia. W domu nie było czajnika elektrycznego ani kieliszków do wina. Reasumując wyjazd udany, choć niesmak pozostawiło zachowanie właścicielki.

Piękny widok na okolicę.

Bardzo ładnie położony dom na wzgórzu z imponującym widokiem na okoliczne miejscowości. Zalety; duża działka i basen do prywatnego użytku, dobrze utrzymany dom, wystarczająco wyposażona kuchnia (bez zmywarki). Brakuje darmowego wi-fi/internetu. Dojazd do domu szutrową drogą. Wokół domu rośnie rozmaryn, winogrona, krzewy laurowe, plantacja oliwek i mieszkają liczne koty.

Artur z rodziną i przyjaciólmi

bardzo dobra lokalizacja z pięknym widokiem, dom duży, czysty, przestronny,świetnie urządzony, okolica spkojna . . Basen duży z odpowiednią ilością leżków. przy basenie dużo miejsca. Wszystkie media w pełni sprawne - poleca - ja tam wrócę. Jedyny problem - dane GPS domu w rezerwacji są niedokładne - pokazują dom położony wcześniej ok 400 m. - na szczescie jesteś w odpowiedniej okolicy - nie skręcaj w prawo ok 300 m przed celem - jedź prosto drogą szutrową- dom bedzie przy drodze po lewej str.

Amazing view with giant pool

The villa is located 3 kilometers outside the village and was pretty hard to find. The coordinates that you recieve from the owners goes to some neighbour who is a beekeeper and didnt have a clue who we were. But after a couple of minutes Bruno arrived and took us down to the villa. Amazing view from the villa over the landscape and sun the whole day. Each bedroom had their own bathroom! The pool was enormous! No dishwasher and no wine glasses!! No air condition so it was pretty warm to sleep upstairs. Also the pool light stops at 21.30 so its not possible to be by the pool at night. A little bit of mould smell in the house. Bruno was there every morning between 6-8 to clean the pool and cut the grass and left fresh vegetables :) Also we had agreed and double checked that we could checkout at 10.00, but the day before the owner said not later than 9! Overall a good house with an amazing view!

im Mai zu kalt; das Äußere verspricht mehr

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus, herrlich gelegen und mit wunderschönem Pool, allerdings innen etwas feucht und kalt , da im Mai nicht heizbar. Die Ausstattung hinsichtlich Bettwäsche, Handtücher und insbesondere des Küchenbereichs könnte deutlich geschmackvoller und von besserer Qualität sein. Bei der Vermietung für 12 Personen ist ein Tisch für 4 Personen innen und ein Sammelsurium an Gläsern, Besteck nicht ausreichend. Die Beleuchtung ist zum Kochen und Lesen ungeeignet. Zuletzt störte der Geruch aus dem Kanal in 2 Bädern erheblich.
