The property was well maintained. Registration was completed easily for a last minute reservation. Our two small dogs enjoyed the outdoors in the fenced backyard. The beds were comfortable. One full, one queen, one futon. One shower, toilet and sink. The hot tub was very relaxing. Everything was well organized with easy to understand instructions. Had an enjoyable stay!
Serene cabin on a charming island. Loved using the fire pit and hot tub, and beds were comfortable. Lots of privacy and a nice place to unplug (though there is WiFi) and just soak in nature. The house rules were very reasonable and easy to follow. Loved that the welcome packet said to wave to fellow islanders - our favorite part!A few things I would remark on so folks are aware:-The hot tub is different than pictured, and little frogs like to hang out under the cover (a real shocker our first night!)-The couch is unfortunately not too comfortable, as you can feel the metal bars when you sit down.-At least one of the pans needs to be replaced as it is too scratched and stained.
As advertised. Nice quite and really enjoyed the hot tub. Would stay here again for sure. Only problem was the wonderful welcome book came apart and I could not re thread the pages on the plastic spine. Very nice stay.
Great place! As olds, we had a bit of a hard time with the stairs, but the cottage was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds super comfy, the location quiet and peaceful. Perfect getaway from the city.
The cabin was exceptionally clean and quite adorable. We enjoyed the privacy and the tranquility offered by such a gentle atmosphere. The island was wonderful and we enjoyed exploring the beaches and the mountain.
This property was very quiet and restful. The kitchen was very well equipped. The whole cabin was clean and had what we needed.

Wonderful Pet Freindly Rental Home
Extemely clean. Thoughtfully furnished - everything needed was at hand. It was very cozy and comfortable. The fenced backyard was great for our Scottish Terrier.
We look forward to visiting again.
This was our first time to Guemes Island. We were pleasantly surprised. Enjoyed the house it was very cozy. Had all the amenities we needed minus a fully functional stove top. Luckily we didn’t need 2 large burners but if we had it would have been frustrating to cook on that stove.
Easy to be there. The kitchen had supplies for cooking including spices, which is so rare. I wish the knives were sharper, tho! This place is real cute with a very open floor plan, so bring your earplugs if your friends tend to snore.
We stayed on Guemes Island as part of a longer Island trip, and this cabin was a very comfortable getaway to relax as well as base camp for some exploration. We spent two nights and poked around the island and Anacortes while we were there. The scenery was lovely! The house itself was very clean, had all the necessities, and was in a peaceful setting with a cute backyard. We enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit and reading on the porch.
It was very relaxing and beautiful out on Guemes Island. Its juat a sweet little island. There is one store which is also a restaurant and bar, but the ferry ride is only like 5 mins to get to the mainland. The people were socnice out on the islabd as well. We did have an issue the frist day with the key but the owners were fast to get back to us and were so amazing. I would definitely stay out here again. 5 out of 5 stars for sure
This cabin is a lovely retreat from the hustle and bustle of city living. The small kitchen is wonderfully appointed and the shower had great pressure with water quickly coming to the desired temperature. The sleeping nooks upstairs are adorable and comfy. Thank you to the hosts for cultivating such a comfortable and nurturing space!
Oh, and a nearby neighbor is a massage therapist! She set up a table right in the living room, so I didn’t have to go anywhere. I had plans to investigate the island, but found myself with everything I needed and more right on the property.
Easy to get to. Guemes Island is very cute, small and quiet. Ferry from Anacortes was super fast! Thanks for the memories.

Great location and nice spot. Really nice and quiet.
Comfortably sleeps 4, the couch on the main floor isn’t really suited for adults as it’s pretty small.
Only issue we had was the neighbors septic alarm going off for a couple hours in the evening. Shutoff after about an hour though.
we can’t blame our host for something completely out of their control!
