Private: park 10 ha with wildlife garden and trees, indoor pool (13 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area. Heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Parking on the premises. Shop 8 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 13 km. Nearby attractions: Langhe - Barolo 10 km, Asti 30 km, Bra 30 km, Cuneo 80 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property. The village overlooks an ancient courtyard. Schöne Unterkunft in schöner Umgebung

Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und bietet auch großen Gruppen genügend Platz für Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Ein guter Ort zur Entspannung. Der Vermieter (wohnt ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück) ist sehr hilfsbereit, entspannt und diskret. Zu bemängeln gibt es, dass uns die Betten nicht zugesagt haben und die Einrichtung insgesamt an einigen Stellen doch etwas Pflege und Wartung nötig hat! Das Haus ist nicht für Personen mit Gehbeschwerden geeignet (steile Treppen u. unebene Böden).

Das besondere Ferienhaus im Piemont

Geschmackvoll und ausgefallen renoviertes altes Ferienhaus mit üppigem Platzangebot. Sechs unterschiedlich gestaltete Schlaf- und Badezimmer. Schöne Terrassen, z.T. überdacht, Möglichkeit zum Grillen und Kochen auf einer der Terrassen. Das Haus war sauber, die Küche war vernünftig ausgestattet, ein Platz zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. Sehr angenehme Vermieter, die sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit sind. Absolut ruhig gelegen inmitten von Weinbergen und Wäldern. Auch Anfang November gut nutzbar

Wunderschönes Haus mit Pool

Sauber und sehr freundlicher Empfang. Der Besitzer war jederzeit freundlich, geduldig und hilfsbereit. Ein wunderschönes,grosses Haus mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Zu erwähnen wäre, dass man Hunde im Garten an der Leine führen muss.

Tutto quello che si aspettavamo. Solo peccato che la piscina era chiusa ( forse e meglio mettere il tempo che e aperta ). Ma siamo stati molto bene , la cucina e molto funzionale. Ritorneremo. Ciao Roberto

Spędziliśmy rodzinny tydzień w tej urokliwej średniowiecznej willi. Od wewnątrz klimat przypomina zamek:) Dom jest tak duży i pokręcony (w pozytywnym znaczeniu), że dzieci bawiły się trzy wieczory w chowanego zanim im się skończyły nowe kryjówki. Miejsce genialne jako baza wypadowa. Oczywiście taki wybór jak Turyn czy Genua jest oczywisty. Ale na nas większe wrażenie zrobiły te mniejsze miejscowości, wioseczki. Polecam drogę bar to bar:) W bliskim otoczeniu jest 50 wpisanych na listę UNESCO.

Ferienhaus mit Charakter

Sehr tolles Ferienhaus mit viel Charakter. Toll renoviert und schön Abgelegen in den Weinbergen. Bei jedem Zimmer ein eigenes Bad dabei, was sehr praktisch war. Nette Vermieter. Außerhalb von touristisch belagerten Ferienorten. Ruhig und idyllisch mit tollem Ausblick. Schöne Wandermöglichkeiten.

sfeervol ingericht huis midden in de Natuur.

wij verbleven een week in dit prachtige huis met twee gezinnen. het huis is zeer smaakvol ingericht ( de eigenaar is architect). fantastisch mooi en groot zwembad. wat wel overdekt is en waar weinig zitruimte buiten bij is. er is een goede buitenkeuken, van de keuken binnen hebben wij geen gebruik gemaakt. Onhandig is het dat er geen koelkast in de buitenkeuken was. eigenaar en zijn ouders wonen op hetzelfde terrein, maar hebben hun eigen privé tuin. vanaf het huis mooie wandelingen te maken .

Cold unheated rooms, an army of stink bugs, dirty beds, old mattresses, disgusting. We left the first night. Need I say more?

Die Unterkunft war sehr speziell, leider der italienische Perfektionismus, der bei Allem etwas zu wünschen übrig lässt.....Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht so wie es zu erwarten wäre...schade...Im Grunde aber, hatten wir einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt und würden wieder dorthin gehen...

Geweldige accommodatie !! Elke kamer een eigen verhaal,klein puntje is dat kinderen niet mogen spelen ivm herrie voor de mede bewoners en een koelkast bij de buitenkeuken zou geen overbodige luxe zijn ,terras bij zwembad zou groter en degelijker kunnen zijn

Hyggelig vertskap

Veldig hyggelige, rause og vennlige verter. Stedet mer avsidesliggende enn vi hadde trodd. Nærmeste tettsted er ca 10 km unna (Neive), Trezzo Tinella har en restaurant, som kun er åpent et fåtall kvelder i uka. Ingen butikker eller faciliteter ellers. Fantastisk utsikt, flott svømmebasseng, og et perfekt sted for de som søker ro og stillhet.
