For shared use: property with lawn and trees, swimming pool (depth 50 - 300 cm, seasonal availability: 15. May. - 30. Sep.). Unconventional pool shape. Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis (15. May. - 30. Sep.), children's playground. In the house: lift, sun terrace. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, bus stop 900 m, railway station "Luino" 5 km, shingle beach 900 m. Please note: car recommended.
1-room studio 25 m2 on 2nd floor. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with panoramic window with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Balkon mit See Blick

Super Lage mit großem Balkon mit Blick über den Lago. Gut für Ausflüge. Sehr schöner gepflegter Pool. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 6 km, daher kein Problem. Sehr gut ! Es sollten neue Pfannen und Töpfe angeschafft werden. Deshalb haben wir leider nur gut bewerdet. Wird das erneuert ist die Wohnung sehr gut.

Un hébergement vraiment pas à la hauteur

Appartement à la déco un peu ancienne. Points noirs : pas de casseroles, une seule cuillère à café, poêles très abimées, plaque de cuisson électriques des années 60, fuite d'eau au robinet de la machine à laver, meubles de rangements en hauteur inaccessibles (une penderie à plus de 2,80m de haut…). Après réclamation, le propriétaire estime que l'équipement est suffisant pour deux,mais a tout de même acheté une casserole de… 0,7 L! Bref, la vue sur le lac est magnifique, mais pas le logement.

Die Wohnung ist in einem 70-er Jahre Apartmenthaus mit unglaublichem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore gelegen. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr alt, problematisch ist leider der Zustand der Wohnung, der neben der Überholung auch eine Grundreinigung gut getan hätte. Das Schlafsofa war nicht nur abgewohnt sondern auch schmutzig, Kissen und Decken in ähnlichem Zustand. Die Eingangstür ließ sich nicht abschließen. Ich war insgesamt schockiert, erholen konnte ich mich unter den Umständen nicht. Der Vermieter-Interhome- hat nichts zu einer möglichen Problemlösung beigetragen; ich bin letztlich vorzeitig abgereist.

Zweckmäßig ,mit grandiosem Blick

Kleine zweckmäßige Wohnung. Mobiliar teilweise sehr alt (erinnert an Urlaube aus Kindheitstagen), aber alles ist in Ordnung, funktioniert und ist sauber. Kleine funktionale Küche und suaberes Badezimmer. Alles kein Grund zur Kritik. Der Blick vom Balkon ist grandios. - Fast den ganzen Tag über Schatten, dadurch heizt sich die Wohnung auch nicht so auf. Bin sehr zufrieden!

Positief: Mooi uitzicht, zowel voor als achterzijde. Negatief: Appartement was niet schoon. Was stoffig en lag glas scherven op de vloer. Dit is aan de organisatie doorgegeven en een tijd afgesproken voor de schoonmaak. De schoonmakers zijn niet gekomen op de afgesproken tijd. De slaapbank was verre van comfortabel. Het matras was dun en de veren voelde je doorheen. De key unlocker was niet geactiveerd, waardoor wij niet van de faciliteiten (zwembad) gebruik konden maken.

Traum Seesicht vom Balkon. Einrichtung sollte man mal erneuern. Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. In den Schränken dicke Staubschicht.

Schöner Urlaub!

Wir hatten in der Ferienwohnung in Belmonte eine tolle Zeit. Die Ferienwohnung und die Poolanlage war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und hatte einen schönen Ausblick. Bei einem Stromausfall haben uns die Mitarbeiter von Interhome in Italien sofort geholfen.

Angestaubt

Mobiliar sehr altertümlich, leider kein Backofen. Insgesamt eher zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Für den verlangten Preis darf man bei der Appartement-Größe mehr modernes Inventar erwarten. Daher preislich zu teuer.

Het mooie uitzicht heeft veel goed gedaan!

Zeer kleine woning, met erg oubollig uitrusting! Prijs was gunstig, en ook het gebruik van het mooie zwembad!
