Take a plunge in the newly renovated outdoor pool, if you prefer. an outdoor hot tub, a steam room and sauna, and a fitness facility are all located on-site for your enjoyment as well. Utilize the spacious meeting and event space and find last-minute purchases for friends back home in our lobby gift shop. Both children and adults will enjoy the seasonal amenities which include an outdoor tiki bar. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available for an additional fee.



You’ll find the SunDestin Unit 0914 one-bedroom condo affords comfortable sleeping options for up to four people, with a private bedroom housing a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Everyone in your party will enjoy the calming color palette throughout this unit, further inducing relaxation and serenity. Watch a movie on one of two flat panel televisions located in both the bedroom and living room with DVD rentals available in the lobby!Purchase local groceries and create your own meals in the airy, fully stocked kitchen. Savor your freshly prepared snacks and take in the fresh sea air on the balcony, complete with seating for two. An open floor plan ensures expansive gulf views from the kitchen, living room and bedroom.



Centrally located in the heart of Destin, you’ll find an array of restaurants and shops nearby to pass the time when you’re ready to break away from the beach. Should you have any questions, our accommodating Scenic Stays team is available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. ***Please note: As part of an exciting resort enhancement project, some amenities at SunDestin Beach Resort remain under construction, including the restaurant, outdoor pools, steam room, and spa. Please note that the splash pad is currently not operable and will remain closed until further notice while ownership determines future plans for the area. The fitness center remains open for guest use during this time.



Guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. Please also note that there is currently a temporary detour in place for lobby access as enhancement work continues in select areas of the resort.



While construction activity is still present on-site, it is now far less invasive than it has been previously as the project enters its final stages and crews continue winding down operations. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations while setting clear expectations in advance to help ensure a comfortable and positive stay during this improvement phase.
