Emerald Grande is a great place. Been several years. This particular unit I would need rent again. Air condition unit is so loud on balcony you could not hear each other talk, light shines in front bedroom door , toothpaste spit was on hall faucet and the front bedroom toilet didn’t flush. Panties found in drawer. Above air vent in den is black. Kitchen needs lots of help if you plan to cook there. We were not informed ahead of time that our balcony was not in use due to painting and the family hot tub was under maintenance. The host did communicate just not very quickly which made our check in a little rocky since an email had to be sent that unit was clean to check in at 3:00. Therefore we just waited til 4 :00 and the concierge checked us in then.

Amazing stay in Destin!

Stayed here for a girls weekend and it was amazing! Beautiful views, spacious apartment with 3 large bedrooms all with their own bathroom. Restaurants, shops and beach shuttles all within walking distance. The host responded quickly to messages and was very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!

The Emerald Grand staff was fabulous in all ways during our stay. The view was as awesome as expected. The cleanliness of the room was lacking. Dust on the vents and fixtures was thick. The cleanliness of the dishes was extremely poor. All pans and dishes had to be scrubbed due to leftover food stuck to them. There are broken chairs and 2 broken beds. Picture frames on the walls were cracked. There is a miscellaneous light fixture on the floor in the closet. An electrical plate that was broken. We had children in the room and it took 2 days to fix open wires. There was 2 coffee machines in the kitchen and no carafe to make coffee in. The host said to go buy one and he would reimburse me. Response from the host in the beginning was slow but got better.

Great Destin Vacation

We had a great stay at this location! The beach, proximity to great dining, and amenities at this place are great. The only thing I will advise if you are looking into this venue is the resort pool is small for the size of the building and is shallow. It is great to layout by and for younger kids to play in, but my older children didn’t use it much. The parking is very easy and convenient. The atmosphere is wonderful. Shopping, dining, entertainment (fireworks, music, and an air show), and Fishing Charters were all a short walk away from your room. Also this room had an amazing view of the harbor and Crab Island! I would definitely recommend this room at the property! Thank you again to MSDV Realty for providing a great stay!

Relaxing and convenient

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was large and roomy and plenty of places to hang and put away clothes and comfortably laid out with the furniture. The views from the two balconies were gorgeous overlooking the bridge headed to Destin and crab island. It was so quick and convenient getting to our car in the garage and getting in and out. Loved that we could just walk across the street to several restaurants or literally below us on the boardwalk. You could access any excursion as well right below on the boardwalk. We had a blast going to crab island and a four hour fish trip and then shopping just up the road at the Commons. We highly recommend this condo. You won’t be disappointed.
