We had a girls weekend here and it was great! The house was nice and got us all the hot tub was amazing and the location to town is incredible! So much fun and a very nice stay!

Amazing property with tons of space, lots of amenities like 4 indoor fire places, hot tub, fire pit, and great views! Host had excellent communication and made everything easy and feel like a home away from home. Would definitely stay there again and recommend this place to anyone looking for a spot just outside of Ellicottville/ holiday valley, Holimont

George is a very responsive owner. The house was great. Plenty of room for privacy due to the house having 3 floors. Close enough to town but far enough away to stay out of the crowds. We will definitely rent again.

Perfect ski get away

A perfect spot to relax after skiing all day and night, a well stocked kitchen & well stocked on towels and amenities. The fireplaces were a nice touch as well as the hot tub.

We booked this house for our annual family vacation. We loved being off the beaten path but still a short drive from town. Hot tub and fire pit were great amenities and enabled us to enjoy the countryside.

Property is so close to Holiday Valley. Beds were comfy. Upstairs bedrooms don't really have privacy but that was not really an issue for our group. Check in was super easy. Would stay here again.

Great ski weekend in great space!

Outstanding value for price and location!

We had two families stay comfortably and could have had more people. Master suite was very large and having a full basement was perfect for teens. Loved the cozy basement bar area for sports watching and playing games. Hot tub views are excellent and proximity to town and Holiday Valley was terrific

Spring Break Road trip

We absolutely loved the property. Very spacious and clean. Perfect pet friendly house. We loved the hot tub which had amazing views of the slopes. Very quick, easy ride into town and to the slopes.
