Happy Hour ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEACH

*******This property is professionally deep cleaned after every stay, and we’re taking extra care to disinfect all high touch areas between stays.*******
Our large studio cottage is located on Gulf Blvd in Treasure Island, Florida. It is located less than 300 steps from the beautiful sand of Treasure Island Beach and 5 blocks from the world famous boardwalk, shopping and restaurants of John’s Pass Village in Madeira Beach.
We have a crosswalk conveniently located in front of the cottage. You can stop traffic with the push of a button to safely walk across the street toward the boardwalk pathway that leads you to the beautiful sand and water of Treasure Island Beach. One block from the cottage is a community boat ramp for boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, jet skis and other water activities. To get to John’s Pass, take the side walk north 5 blocks. The drawbridge has scenic lookout areas for photos and enjoying the view, breeze and beauty of Treasure Island and John’s Pass. John’s Pass is known for shopping, restaurants, microbreweries, dessert shops, water sport rental shops, dinner cruises, pirate cruises, parasailing, fishing and much more. The Tampa Bay area is wonderful for year round golf...bring your clubs!
We just finished a full remodel of the cottage. It has new bedding, linen, furniture and appliances. The cottage has a comfortable king sized bed and a large screen smart television. The sitting area has 2 new arm chairs. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, all the items you need to cook. Our Wifi is secure, fast and free. We have Spectrum cable service with tons of channels as well as an ability to log onto all of your app based subscriptions. The bathroom shower is low profile for ease of use and safety. Our one story building means there are no stairs or elevators to worry about. You will also have a small, private off street parking spot located at the cottage for your use.
Our place is built with comfort, safety and relaxation in mind. Don’t worry about a key, our cottage is equipped with a touch screen lock for added security and convenience. We will even let you pick your own code. We have your beach chair and towels here waiting for you.

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of nights for our babymoon, and we absolutely loved our experience. The property was beautiful, clean, and in a great location—just steps from the beach and close to lots of fun places to eat and explore.Brandy was an incredible host—so communicative, kind, and hospitable. She made everything about our stay smooth and stress-free, which allowed us to just relax and enjoy our little getaway before the baby arrives.We left feeling refreshed and happy, and we’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Treasure Island. Walk across the street to the beach, at dinner walk over to John’s Pass where there are multiple nice seafood restaurants. The cottage itself was fitted out with everything we needed including beach gear.

Cute spot with a perfect location.

This place is super clean and comfortable. Very convenient to walk right across the bridge to Johns Pass and all the retail and restaurants you could ask for. Also eight across The street from the beach access. Wonderful!

Everything was perfect.

Minutes from the beach, John's Pass, breweries, and great food. The host was beyond awesome. She recommended food, drinks and places to go. She has coolers, chairs, sunscreen and umbrellas to use for the beach. We will be back!

This place was perfect for the 2 of us . 3 units on this perfectly decorated property we stayed in the studio one, adorable place so comfortable 2-3min walk to the beach plenty of local places around. Back to this jem of a property the owners Brandy and Matt very nice couple, quick to respond to any questions actually Brandy went above and beyond and gave suggestions to help us where to eat ect.. and the detail to this place these 2 didnt skip a beat .. oh did i forget to mention SPOTLESS!!! Smells clean right when you open the door. As we get older we look for this atmosphere we dont care for hotels this feels like home but with the beach right there! We didnt want to leave my husband was in love with it all as well . Thank you Brandy we will be back.

THE BEACH- without the high price of a location directly on the sand. We are literally 300 steps from the sand. 225 steps for my husband :)
*Bonus: only 5 blocks from Historic John's Pass Village!

What makes this property unique

There is a push button crosswalk that stops traffic on Gulf Blvd right in front of the property. You simply walk along the side of the house and out of the gate to the front of the property and continue on to the beach. Less than a 2 minute walk :)
