Inside, the living area is bright and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a brand-new gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and new flooring throughout. You'll love using the butcher block countertops and attractive cookware of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare a meal for tonight's dinner party. Serve your guests on the private deck for an alfresco meal, and don't forget to break out the good wine from Snowy Peaks Winery. The deck even has a gas grill to throw some char on today's fresh catch. Thanks to the garage, you won't have to worry about scraping ice your whole vacation. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
