This was a great property and fantastic communication with the owner. We appreciated having a nice home to stay in for our Estes visit. The fireplace and location were highlights of this rental.

There is a lot to love about this property-close to town and the park but just out of all the congestion, excellent communication by the host, plenty of sheets, towels, pillows and the delight of watching the wildlife-deer and elk-enjoying the lawn. We have stayed in several other rentals in Estes Park and this one is in a quiet area with plenty of privacy. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-stocked with amenities, everything we needed and more. The location was perfect with easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park.The home was well-maintained and made for a relaxing place to return to after a day of exploring. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again!

What a great location, and so many nice touches. We appreciated that Leah reminded us of the reservation system for RMNP. There were freezer packs and plenty of ice, extra toiletries, the kitchen had all that we needed...it made our stay very smooth. It worked out better than we had planned, since our son ended up being on crutches - the one level home was super easy for him to navigate and having the stall shower was a huge help. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

We had a short two nights day in this lovely property just outside Rocky Mountain National Park. It was a perfect location to visit the east side of the park and enjoy downtown Estes. We appreciated all the amenities and the house was quiet and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the view from the front porch and the fireplace.

Great place for my family to stay in while in Estes Park. The listing was accurate except for the part that the house is a duplex. It wasn’t an issue, but would have been nice to know prior to reserving. Not quite close to downtown Estes, but we prefer that so it’s quieter. Enjoyed our time!

The house was perfect for our family of 4 and outfitted with everything we could need. The views from the front windows are spectacular and we enjoyed watching weather roll in over the mountains. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms well stocked, and kitchen appliances were large and well maintained. It may also be the cleanest rental house we have ever stayed in! The location was perfect for all our trips into Estes Park, RMNP, and other local spots. We enjoyed daily visits deom the local mule deer, hare, and adorable ground squirrels. Despite the business across the street, we found the location very quiet.

Leah was an amazing host, very communicative and accommodating. The place was clean and very comfortable. The surroundings were amazing! We had 2 cow elk in the back yard feeding when we arrived. Looked over and saw 4 mule deer bucks laying under the tree behind the backyard. We were close to town but far enough away to be very peaceful. Great property and perfect host! Thank you for your hospitality, we will be back!!

The house has been appointed really thoughtfully. It made it so easy to plug in without needing to do too much before we could start unwinding! The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Leah was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!! Great view and easy location to get to and from (2 turns to get to the local Safeway!). Wish we could stay longer!!

Great views of Long's Peak

This is a really nice house with lovely views of the mountains. Close to town and offers good sidewalks and close by trails for walking or running. I would recommend this as a great place to stay.
