La Piscine, holiday home with heated pool
Welcome to "La Piscine", a holiday home recently renovated in 2022, located in the charming village of Suze-la-Rousse in the heart of the Drôme Provençale. Ideal for a holiday, getaway or weekend break in a region rich in flavour.
Situated close to the shops in Suze-la-Rousse and the medieval Château which houses the wine university, the house allows you to immerse yourself in the local atmosphere and discover the region's wines at your own pace.
The single-storey house sleeps up to 4 people and has bay windows opening onto the terrace and swimming pool. The free-form heated swimming pool, secured by an underwater alarm, is surrounded by a paved terrace. The 1000m² enclosed garden and car park complete the ensemble.
The air-conditioned interior features an open-plan layout with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. The two bedrooms, each with access to the terrace and garden, offer a simple yet functional space. One of the bedrooms has a private shower room.
The villa has a 4-star furnished holiday accommodation rating and has been awarded the Clévacances 4 keys label, ensuring a high level of comfort. Bed linen and towels are included for added comfort.
Electric car charging: Please note that "La Piscine" has a domestic socket at your disposal!
A deposit of €1,500 (non-cashable) is required, along with holiday extension insurance.
