On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Sneem, in a secluded, quiet position, 850 m from the beach, in the countryside, on the golf course. For shared use: property 500 ha, natural garden, indoor pool (18 x 6 m). Hot tub, tennis, floodlit. In the complex: restaurant, bar, WiFi, sauna, fitness room, massage, steam room, solarium, hot tub, boutique, sun terrace. House maid daily on request (extra). Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, bus stop "Sneem" 3 km, shingle beach 850 m (small), grass beach 850 m (small). Golf course (12 hole) 500 m, riding stable 2 km. Nearby attractions: Ring of Kerry Scenic Drive 2 km, Kenmare Heritage Centre 26 km, Killarney National Park - Ladies View 40 km, Dingle Peninsula 75 km. Please note: car recommended. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds and bath/shower/WC. Electric heating. Patio. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. There will be dates during the year in which the hotel will be closed for business or booked for weddings. Guests can still use the leisure facilities but the bar and restaurant will be not available.

Fantastisches Ferienhaus mit allem, was man braucht und sich wünscht. Großer Pluspunkte für bequeme Betten, sehr gute geräumige Badezimmer und ausreichend Platz. Das Resort und Spa sind traumhaft, das War mit Abstand unser schönster Aufenthalsort in Irland.

Honestly this is the nicest place I have stayed in Ireland. The woodlands house was extremely spacious, modern, spotless and had everything we needed. The check in and out was flawless and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. The grounds and facilities are wonderful and we look forward very much to going back!!
