Un logement super bien placé

Nous avons trouvé très facilement la maison et la clé. Le logement est tout neuf et il reste quelques finitions à faire mais elles ne nous ont pas empêchées de profiter de notre séjour. Nous sommes allés plusieurs fois au centre d'Evian à pied et nous avons pu profiter du lac, d'Yvoire à Montreux. Je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner

Casa comoda e confortevole

Casa libera su 3 lati (ovest, nord e est) collocata alla periferia di Evian in una zona residenziale sul lungo lago. In 15' di passeggiata prima su marciapiede e poi sul lungo lago si arriva al centro di Evian. Dista una cinquantina di metri dalla strada lungo lago, per cui presumo sia silenziosa anche in alta stagione. La casa è stata ristrutturata nel 2021/22; si presenta bella, confortevole e spaziosa ed all'arrivo i locali erano puliti. La struttura è su 4 piani, con cucina al piano terra, camera e bagno in ognuno dei 2 piani superiori e camera e terrazzo all'ultimo piano; ci sono quindi parecchie scale da fare. I locali sono ben luminosi, un po' meno la cucina che è al piano terra. Letti comodi, elettrodomestici e vettovaglie al completo, manca la televisione (e a noi è andato bene così), buona la connessione internet in tutti i locali. Il riscaldamento è con vettilconvettori elettrici; le camere e i bagni si scaldano bene, mentre la cucina è abbastanza fredda anche tenendo il riscaldamento sempre accesso. Comodo e spazioso il garage a fianco della casa, ma attenzione alle staffe a fine garage. Giardino un po' sacrificato e terrazza con bella vista sul lago, da valutarsi in estate. Proprietario rapido e cortese.

Super maison mitoyenne proche du lac

Cette maison est comme neuve à l’intérieur c’est propre agréable et très bien situé. La vue sur le lac depuis le dernier étage est très sympathique. En retrait de la rue principale du lac, donc calme et à 50 mètres du lac idéal ! 15 minutes à pied du centre c’est le top cette maison je reviendrais avec mes amis :)
