Avis gĂ©nĂ©ral trĂšs bien. Maison propre et piscine entretenue par un service de nettoyage. Seul bĂ©mol, pas de climatisation Ă  l’étage, et puisque la fraĂźcheur du bas ne monte pas nous avons dĂ» acheter un ventilateur.

Les points nĂ©gatifs : *Pas de clim a l Ă©tage, il a fait 29 dans les chambres toute la semaine mĂȘme en dormant toutes les fenĂȘtres ouvertes, celle du bas ne monte pas. * TrĂšs peu d animations a Miami platja il faut aller dans d autre ville * L organisation pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer et rendre les clĂ©s Ă©tait trĂšs compliquĂ©e, non seulement le gars ne parle pas du tout français mais en plus on a l impression qu il est complĂštement dĂ©bordĂ©, il a donnĂ© notre logement a quelqu un d autre, je communiquai par Ă©crit avec un traducteur mais malgrĂ© ça trop de galĂšre... Mais bon ça s est arrangĂ©. * Les jardiniers qui rentrent dans la propriĂ©tĂ© pour nettoyer la piscine Ă  n importe quelle heure sans ĂȘtre informĂ©s de leur venus les points positifs : *TrĂšs belle piscine et trĂšs agrĂ©able *Le logement Ă  tout ce qu il faut (lits faits et serviettes fournies) *Les gens a Miami platja sont trĂšs accueillants * Les plages sont magnifiques
