What makes this property unique

This property is located right at the bottom of Steamboat. You walk out the doors and can access the Gondola or Christie Peak lift. You can store your skis right before you walk into the building when you come in for lunch or at the end of the day. The location is unbeatable. There is a restaurant downstairs to eat. You can also sit outside and have a drink with great views of the mountain.
