## Neighborhood

Very close to the train station and the beach (10 min walking), you will access by walk in less than 10 min to all the places that make this nice city famous : the Old Antibes, Picasso Museum, Vauban port, beaches… It will also take you just 20 minutes walking to join Juan-les-Pins and all its bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Thanks to the station just nearby, you will also join easily all the other cities of the French Riviera.

Leaking Air-conditioning unit - not a manged rental

Positives: Lovely modern apartment inside, Negatives Complete lack of management from Welkeys. Notified them that the air-conditioning unit in the main bedroom was leaking and flooding the floor. They replied initially then no further emails the rest of the week. Complete lack of management. Also this rental is very noisy as located on a corner. There is also a strong smell of food coming from the shower rooms from neighbouring apartments. If the aircon issue had been resolved I would be giving it a positive review as close to old town and beaches. We have been going to Antibes for the last 10 years to various holiday rentals and we have never had such a poor customer experience during this time. With lack of communication and care I will not be staying here again.
