Encore merci pour votre confiance, j'adore ce quartier et le calme de l'immeuble (et le chat noir gentil dans la cours !)). Les murs très épais aident beaucoup en temps de canicule en plus.

Clean and comfortable apartment in the best location of Paris

J'ai passé un séjour parfait dans cet appartement très historique, plein de charme. J'ai vraiment apprécié le calme de la chambre dans un quartier très animé pourtant. Bâtiment très sécurisé -code, vigik, porte blindée. Le lit est très confortable, et le lave-linge est un vrai plus. Tout était propre. P.A. Spighel est resté joignable pour toutes mes questions pendant tout mon séjour, et je le remercie encore. Il avait également des conseils de visites que j'ai bien aimés. Je reviendrai !

Authentic charming Parisian home

This eclectic apartment is in a beautiful courtyard in a perfect location - vibrant, gorgeous street lined with restaurants and shops. While the area was bustling late at night, the courtyard was set back behind a gate, so the apartment was very quiet and serene. The bedroom was very large, as was the living room! The extra mattress was perfect for my son, with plenty of room to move it into the living room. Owner was very accommodating with check in and check out times. This allowed us to explore on our last day until our evening flight. A huge plus!! If you’re looking for a genuine experience (not touristy), this is your spot!

Old used furniture shop

We arrived to find this property not ready for guests. Food in the refrigerator, bed unmade. Very smelly (probably from food in refrigerator. Such a shame to arrive after an all night flight! The stairs were not manageable for us either. Two floors of circular stairs were not wide enough for us to pull our bags up. The door lock was sticky and it took us quite a while to unlock the door.
