Why they chose this property
We fell in love with the home and neighborhood when visiting a friend who lived nearby. It was not planned, but we made an offer the day we first saw the home not knowing how central it would become to our family. This really is our special place, and we are so grateful to call Montauk (and this adorable cottage) home!
What makes this property unique
The neighborhood is truly special. It is dotted with other historic Tudor cottages like ours, all built in 1927, and feels a bit like a quaint village somewhere off in the English countryside. The neighborhood is calm and quiet, with very little car traffic, making it great for families. And to top it off, the beach and town are a short walk away! Oh, and Sole East is only a block away, with the pool and restaurant available to visit.
