INTRODUCING LIGHTHOUSE POINT A 311



Lighthouse Point A311 is a gulf view, third floor, two-bedroom, two-bath condo located on the eastern tip of the island, where the gulf meets the bay and has memorable Gulf views. Lighthouse Point offers two tennis courts and a heated pool. A short walk away is the historic lighthouse, shops, restaurant, lighthouse beach, and fishing pier.



This condo does require a minimum of 14 nights or longer.



CONDO FEATURES

Lighthouse Point 311 is a spacious condo located on the third floor with elevator access. It features a king bed in the primary bedroom and en-suite bathroom, guest room has two twin beds and a guest bathroom. This condo has free WIFI and a smart TV in the spacious comfortable living room area, with adjacent daybed/futon pull out. It joins the dining room area that features a pass-through window to the kitchen, the dining table seats 6, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Full-size washer and dryer in unit.

This property was absolutely beautiful. The location couldn’t be any better. It was clean, exactly as described, and spacious. We had only a few problems that were no big deal-ants in kitchen and one of the kitchen cupboards would not stay shut, but other than that it was perfect

Very dirty, not maintained

The management company was perfect! Several maintenance issues , leaking faucets, broken drains etc. the worst was the smell. The rubber underneath the throw rugs is deteriorating so the living room smelled terrible. House hasn’t been cleaned in years. The water dispenser on the fridge was full, I mean full of mold. Disgusting. The rugs haven’t been cleaned in years and we’re matted, grime on light switches, cabinet knobs, faucet handles, doors, baseboards. Eh. Bed linens were not as pictured in the listing, no extra sheets, tile floors haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Truly disappointed. After 15 years renting on sanibel, this was the first issue we’ve ever had. Will not rent here again.
