Very convenient location in the middle of town within walking distance of Main Street and the local cafes and restaurants. The property was very clean and quiet meeting all of our expectations for our stay. Wouldn’t definitely book again if we go back to Ouray.

Great place in town; bottom floor so a little dark and the inside is bare bones but large and spacious and clean and sleeps a big group. Location is the best part.

Property was right in town… easy walk to shops etc. Fit our group of 8 perfectly. There was someone occupying the separate upper unit /floor, which I didn’t see on the listing. This wasn’t bothersome to us, but am mentioning incase that bothers someone else :)

We had a party of 8 people staying here and it was JUSSSST spacious enough for the 3.5 days we were there. Of course, we were out hiking and doing other outdoor activities so we didn't need to hang out much in the VRBO. It was very close to downtown so the proximity of simply walking to the shops, bars, restaurants was nice. I would stay here again.
