Christophe est un hôte sympathique et arrangeant.L'appartement est idéalement situé à l'entrée de Veyrier, la place de parking est un vrai plus car tous les stationnements aux alentours sont payants.L'appartement est agréable, propre et bien équipé, avec une jolie vue sur le lac.Un seul bémol : l'espace extérieur, une simple table à l'arrière de l'immeuble avec vue sur le parking, un peu décevant pour le prix.La zone de baignade en contrebas (moins de 5 minutes à pied) est idyllique, peu fréquentée, les couchers de soleil y sont splendides.Le centre d'Annecy est accessible à pied en environ 50 minutes.

Très bel appartement avec une vue idéale et féérique , calme absolu pour se reposer. Les photos présentées reflètent exactement la réalité des lieux. Possibilité de se garer très appréciable. Christophe et Anne sont des hôtes réellement charmants. Je recommande cet appartement vivement.
