During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

Was hoping for better

Good view and great location but needs a really good cleaning. The yellow chair shown in the picture is so filthy nobody would sit it in it. The bathroom cabinet appears not to have been dusted for months and the cleanliness on the wall side of that same cabinet was disgusting. As walking in the first day there were noticable foot prints all over the floor so although it may have been swept definitely wasn't mopped. Lastly, the shower drainage was very bad. Took hours to completely drain.

We always stay here but this year wasn’t the greatest. Room wasn’t the clear upon arrival had to request housekeeping And mildew was on the room ceiling. I am happy that they corrected the issue immediately but I may not stay here again. The room seemed stuffy, popcorn peeled from the ceiling, microwave missing the vent cover. Great staff. Breakfast Buffet was given for the inconvenience of our room but it was terrible food. Cold or bland, old and not worth it even for free. Spent too much money for 4 days and not be satisfied.

Won’t be staying again

Let’s start from the beginning. When I got the call to let me know my room was ready for check in, the girl was not very friendly. When we got to our room, the floors were dirty so I swept just the hallway and got a HUGE pile of dirt and wiped the floor with a washcloth with only water on it , and it was BLACK. We had housekeeping come up and clean the floor, and she was very nice and re-swept the room, but didn’t mop at all. I swept the entire suite after she left and still got a huge pile of dirt. I also had to get a swiffer mop and it was absolutely disgusting. The elevators smelled like wet dog. They don’t provide you with any information about the activities and stingy with towels.

Wonderful time

We very much enjoyed our time here. It was quiet even though it was busy. The pools were rarely full (2-5 families total at a time). We loved the i door pool and lazy River. Absolutely recommend having a night in and eating at the restaurant on location, AMAZING staff there and throughout!

Room for improvement

The size and view of this unit were great and the hotel was right on the beach. However, the room was not ready at my scheduled check-in time. There was no shower curtain or hairdryer, the bathtub faucet was leaky, and the bathtub drained slowly. Additionally, the bathroom spelled strongly of ammonia/urine.
