Really lovely condo. We've stayed in several condos at this location and this one was one of the best. The kitchen was well appointed with appliances and serving ware - everything you could need (and more) in a vacation rental. (Ever been in a rental and looked for a citrus juicer? This one has it!) Also, beach towels, beach chairs and a styrofoam cooler. Loved the golf cart and the patio with the ocean view. Clean. Comfortable beds. We had three kids upstairs and three adults downstairs. It was everything that was advertised. Fripp Island is a relaxing haven with lots to do. The host was extremely good with communication and response time. The unit was perfectly suited for our needs with a beautiful ocean view and ample wildlife. Great vacation!

Beautiful villa, fantastic location!

This newly renovated villa was very clean and had everything our family needed. The owner was super responsive to my inquiries. The location has fantastic views of the ocean and is just a short walk to the beach, which is so nice with kids! The included golf cart was perfect for evening rides to watch the sunset or check out the wildlife on Fripp! We will be back!

Fantastic family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation with my 3 married children and our grandchildren. We had a bed for everyone and plenty of places to sit and relax without being crowded. The villa had everything we could think of to make our stay enjoyable. Having a golf cart included was fantastic. Daily golf cart rides were a hit with our grandchildren. We will definitely be back next year.

Great Experience!

We just finished our stay on Fripp Island. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean! Super convenient short walks to the beach and pools! Beautiful ocean views from the deck and from the living room. Was great for storm watching and night too! Tiffany was very attentive and quick to respond to any of our questions. Highly recommend!

Beautiful unit!

This beautifully renovated 3/3 unit was perfect for our group of 8 friends. There were plenty of beds, baths and living space. Fripp Island is a favorite destination and this unit is in a convenient and beautiful part of the island. Communication with the the owner was excellent. It was a wonderful week and we unanimously agreed we'd happily return to this unit.

Beautiful holiday weekend in a spectacular place

We spent 5 days in this condo and everything was perfect. There is enough space for everyone to not feel cluttered. The unit was extremely clean, enough seating to be comfortable. The rooms are perfect with the perfect amount of furniture in them, and the bathrooms were extremely clean and with all the needed products. We made Thanksgiving dinner, after using the golf cart to go around the island, and become familiar with the area. We didn't have any problems making dinner, everything we needed was readily available and we loved making breakfast with the beautiful view and light coming through the windows. The beach is a few steps away. And while we didn't have direct view of the water, we had the view from the deck, and the windows that surround the living and dining areas. The unit is beautifully decorated, so you know they intentionally put it together, not just threw some things in there, as we've found in other places. We had young adults in our party and they enjoyed the place as much as the adults. The island itself is beautiful and so peaceful. We loved to see the deer everywhere and noticed how so many homes have quirky sayings about being in Fripp, i.e. "no frippin way" or "it's fripping unbelievable", which let's me know the owners of fripp island units truly love this magical place. During our stay, we visited nearby Savannah and Charleston, but would have had plenty to do if we also stayed at Fripp, the whole time. The communication with the property manager was the best I've ever had. While we tried not to bother her, as it was a holiday weekend, we did have to reach out a few times. She responded immediately and with the best disposition. We will be returning. I hope this helps other families' decision making process as we are truly happy with our stay, and I acknowledge that I'm not the easiest when staying away from home. Many blessings for 2023.

Very pleased with the whole experience. Listing was spot on. Very clean right on the beach. Owners were very responsive when questions were asked. Fantastic vacation and already booked it for next year.

Perfect Summer Vacation

My family and I have been traveling to Fripp for the last few years with friends. We each get our own condos and have an absolute blast. Perfect location with easy access to the beach, restaurants and pools!

Fantastic Beach Villa

My family and friends just returned from a 1-week stay at this Captain John Villa. The property is 100% as advertised. Here are our favorite things about this place: location (right on the ocean); floor plan (the upstairs space for 2 teenage boys was perfect and the wrap around windows on the first floor afford great ocean views); the deck is perfect for grilling and relaxing while taking in the ocean view; the wildlife (deer are everywhere and the fishing around the island is great); and lastly, Tiffany, the property owner (she was absolutely amazing before, during and after our stay!). My only constructive feedback would be to research the Fripp Island amenities a bit more before booking your trip to make sure what’s open and what’s not. All in all, this was a 5-star vacation for us. Thanks Tiffany!!

Family and Friends Spring Break getaway

Beautiful villa right on the beach! Loads of space for our HS senior and his 4 friends, our preteen and her friend, and us. The older ones loved having their own floor to themselves. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook for the week. Beach seemed to go on forever. Loved it!

Location was just perfect! Amazing views!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time! It was clean & decorated adorably. Linens were soft & we had plenty of bath towels. Had everything we needed. The golf cart was a huge bonus & made for such a fun experience. The porch was the best for morning coffee overlooking the ocean.
