With its hip vibe, Seaside sisters: Chloe's side is a favorite for those who want an affordable rental with close access to the beach, Mason Avenue, and the Town Harbor. This 1700 era brick duplex residence offers all the comforts of home with its stylish trendy décor. The Seaside Sisters are named in honor of our two daughters, Chloe and Caroline. The home has great Wi-Fi that covers the entire property. An onsite golf cart is available for rental for an additional fee.

Cape Charles is a hidden gem. The moment we saw Seaside Sister's, with its awesome location, hip vibe, and sense of charm, we were smitten! The duplex offers flexibility whether you're a couple traveling together or a large group that needs space to spread out; the ability to rent one or both units provides the ultimate in flexibility. The green hues are soothing and remind us of a day on the beach. This property is around the corner from Deadrise Pies and the many restaurants, galleries, shops, and night life that occupy Mason Avenue. This property also provides us with an opportunity for an affordable get-away for young families and others on a budget without sacrificing quality, amenties, or location.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location! We love this location and proximity to town. From the main level wood floors and faux fireplaces, there is an air of historical charm mixed in with modern amenties. The kitchen features everything you will need for meal preparation or storage. The dining room features a unique hand restored table that seats 8 or more guests with plenty of room in the living room to spread out and enjoy each other's company. Games, whole house (and yard) Wi-Fi on the property, a park grill, fire pit, and front porch seating complete the amenties that make this a special place made to create lasting memories. The home has a heavy duty beach cart stocked with essentials to make your trip to the beach memorable.
