The house was wonderful. We all commented multiple times that it was the cleanest and one of the most well decorated homes in which we’ve ever vacationed. We had 7 people (4 adults and 3 kids - 16, 14, 10), and there was plenty of space for everyone. The beach was just a 5-minute walk (I mean to the water). Loved our whole week!

This is a great property. Great use of all the outside spaces. 4 different outside areas all with comfortable seating. With the pool it puts this place over the top. Owners were quick in communication and any the two issues we had were both handled quickly and the owners kept us abreast of what was going on.

We absolutely loved our vacation here and Kim was a fantastic host. It was our one year olds first beach vacation and we wanted it to be special and it was! Everything was absolutely perfect and we all can’t wait for our next trip here. The pool was the perfect midday break for us and the baby!

Great vacation

Great place to stay in lovely Mexico Beach. Plenty of space especially the outdoor porches, decks and beautiful pool area. Perfect area with gulf views and uncrowned beaches. All the comforts of home; we only needed the food but everything else was provided. Will definitely stay there again.
