On the wonderful island of Menorca and close to the beautiful city of Ciutadella, come and spend a moment of relaxation and rest in our apartment in Cala Banca.
The apartment is located in a small, very quiet condominium of 4 dwellings (an old villa divided into 4 apartments, 2 upstairs, 2 on the ground floor), in a very quiet area of the Cala Blanca area.
The beach of Cala Blanca is 350m away on foot, that of Cala Santandria is 900m, and the seaside promenade is 350m away.
Nearby (200m) you will find several restaurants and local food shops, and cafes to enjoy a spectacular sunset on the terrace.
A restaurant 150m away has a swimming pool and a playground accessible for a drink.
Also restaurants, beach bars and diving centre on Cala Blanca.
The centre of the beautiful city of Ciutadella is 4.5 km away, 10 minutes by car.

The apartment, located on the ground floor, comprises:
- A bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and its bathroom (Italian shower, sink and toilet),
- A bedroom with a 160 cm double bed,
- A bedroom with two 90 cm single beds,
- A bathroom (shower, bidet, sink and toilet),
- A kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, 4-burner electric hob, microwave, washing machine,
- A living room with table, chairs, sofa, TV,
- An outdoor terrace with table and chairs.
- A shared barbecue area for the condominium at the back of the house.
Air conditioning (reversible heating), WiFi.
Free street parking.
Sheets and towels provided, exit cleaning included in the rental price.
All the bedding is new, changed in November 2024.

Appartement très bien situé. Parfait pour une famille avec des enfants ou des ados. Bien équipé en très vite ses marques. Commerces et Cala à proximité. Stationnement facile dans les rues adjacentes.

Das Mobiliar ist einfach und nicht bequem. Ein Großteil der Matratzen müsste ausgetauscht werden. Es sind keine Liegen vorhanden. Was nützt eine Waschmaschine, wenn kein Wäscheständer vorhanden ist. Die Waschmaschine sollte gegen einen Geschirrspüler getauscht werden. Küchenausstattung und die Bäder sind in Ordnung.
