This house is located one block off the Caloosahatchee River and 1 mile from the downtown entertainment district in Cape Coral. You will love the open floor plan in this house! The pocket sliding glass doors open up 10' out to the lanai and pool area. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and lots of storage space in the new furniture. The oversized Master Closet is equipped with shelving and hangers. The Master Bathroom has his and her sinks, a jetted bathtub, and a walk in shower, along with a separate toilet room. The entire house boasts 10' ceilings. The dining room table seats 6 people. There is a china cabinet full of wine glasses, champagne flutes, margarita glasses, and beer mugs. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and overlooks the pool. The 3rd bedroom has 2 full size beds. The 4th room has a full size sleeper sofa, desk, and chair. The beautifully appointed kitchen has granite countertops, soft close cabinet drawers, breakfast nook with table, pantry, coffee maker, Keurig machine, air fryer, 4 hole toaster, plus many other appliances and cooking equipment. Washer and dryer, clothes iron, hair blowdryer, gas grill, outdoor tv, outdoor fridge are all included to make your stay enjoyable and functional. The new resurfaced heated pool has two different entry locations and is 6' deep at one end. Pool towels are furnished as well as pool rafts and toys. The back yard is fenced in. No additional charge for pool heat.
