Great house and a very accommodating host! The location was good. The train could be loud but it did not disturb us at night. The corner road was a bit busy. A great time was had by our family.
The house was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all 11 of us. We brought outdoor toys and games for both the kids and adults, and the backyard provided plenty of room for everyone to enjoy them. We loved being able to walk into town, especially to the ice cream shop just around the corner. While the train could be loud at times, it kept the grandkids entertained and amused. Overall, we had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The house is beautiful - plenty of room and everything seems brand new. You can walk to the stores, town, the beach and boardwalk so we rarely used the car. The kitchen is great and the back yard has plenty of seating along with a great fire pit. It was a great stay and I highly recommend this home.

The house was very nice and clean and had some great amenities. Very close to twin and restaurants. The train tracks are across the street so there’s noise from the gates and horn. Also pretty steady traffic noise during the day. We still had fun though
Nice House, newly renovated, clean. Could walk to Jenkins, the ice cream place, the italian place, and a nice park there. The thing to know is that it is right next to the commuter rail and highway. The train blows it's horn as it passes throughout the day and night. We slept through it and so did the baby, but it was loud during the day, especially outside.

Thank you for your review Ben. There is a reason why people chose to stay with us as you're walking distance to Joe Leones- Italian Supermarket, Stop and Shop, Wine Outlet, Hoffmans Ice Cream and all the restaurants while at the same time, you're steps away from Jenks, the beach, Martells and so much more... we have a wait list of families that understand the location is in a hub central spot and is therefore right next to the train station. If this is an issue, I strongly advise you stay farther away from all the action for an extremely quiet stay. Thank you! -Marina
The Forman house at 500 Forman Ave in Point Pleasant Beach is a very nice, comfortable and well designed re-build. The layout worked well with a nice comfortable living and dining area with adjacent kitchen including nice island and table. Upstairs bedrooms were all good. Bathrooms were exquisite. Well and beautifully designed. Marina was superb in her responsiveness to us from beginning to end. It was a pleasure staying at this home which we enjoyed throughout the week.
Home was very clean & well-equipped. 5 blocks from the beach & very close to grocery store, liquor stores, Jersey Mike’s. The commuter train is right there but we all got used to it. Best of all the owner & manager were both extremely nice and responded right away to any questions or concerns we had. Great backyard for our dogs. Overall a wonderfully 2 weeks at the Jersey shore!
We had an overall outstanding experience with this property. We had 9 adults and 1 dog, and we fit comfortably in the home. The private backyard area was relaxing, and we used it every day. The kitchen is large, clean, and functional, and we cooked most evenings. It was helpful to have 3 bathrooms and access to laundry. The location was great - quick walk to the park, pickle ball courts, ice cream shop, Italian specialty store, and grocery store. It was a 10-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. The railroad tracks are very close and active, but it didn’t bother us. Parking is available in the driveway, and street parking was easy and available. The host was responsive during our stay.
We booked this property for 2 weeks for an extended family vacation! The house was exactly as described, even BETTER! The entire house was updated and was had plenty of space for the entire group of 12.
The location was great, it was an easy walk to many restaurants, grocery store, Hoffman's (a must go to) and the beach.
Marina was an excellent host! She quickly responded to any questions and checked in with us too. I would highly recommend this house and plan to visit again in the future.

Great inside, average outside
The interiors of the home were wonderful— well designed and furnished, very nice kitchen, good Wi-Fi —- excellent overall. The yard was dead grass and no shade whatsoever. The house sits on a major road, with a train track right across the street — with frequent loud trains — it took a while to get used to them. The property manager was very good. If the owner were to add a small pool and a trellis for shade, we would come back again.
Wonderful beautiful and spotless home! Made it easy to start relaxing immediately. Marina was easily accessible and attentive to all of my inquiries. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Point Pleasant
We had a wonderful stay! Just a half mile from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and an amazing Italian deli. Also close to a park with basketball and tennis courts. The owner is responsive and was great to work with. We’ve been renting through VRBO for more than 15 years, and this was among our best experiences. Highly recommend.
We loved this Point Pleasant beach house. It was very well appointed with every possible amenity. The furniture and decor was top notch! We loved the proximity to the boardwalk and stores. The fenced back yard was perfect for the dogs. The only negative was that it is right next to the train, but the fans in the bedrooms make a nice humming noise, so it drowns out the noise of the train.
