About this property

A cute little getaway only 5 miles outside of town. Off the main highway, this brand new cabin sits on 8 acres with access to a small creek on the property. This property is perfect for a simple yet beautiful getaway. You get the country feel yet you are only 5 minutes form down town. During the day, enjoy a small creek at the end of the property to enjoy a day in the sun or enjoy a day fishing. At the end of end of the day sit out on the porch and view the stars at night while relaxing or enjoy a night by the fit pit! You are sure to enjoy the beautiful Hill County at HR Cabins.
Pet fee is $35 per pet, per day. Two pet maximum. All pets will need to be kenneled if left alone at cabin. When booking please state how many pets you will be bringing. Dogs must be leashed when walking around the property.

We have a few extras for purchase upon booking.

Very clean and centrally located. Enjoyed our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time.

A little misleading

The description lists a living room and a bedroom. It’s really all just one big room. The pull out sofa bed was not very comfortable. The bed was great though. I would also maybe add that it’s on a septic system and you can’t flush your toilet paper. The biggest problem though was the neighbors in a private house blasted music all night till quite late and the thumping from the bass was incredibly annoying. I didn’t mind how remote it was and it was very nice and clean. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evenings before the music started.

41st anniversary

Could have refrigerator in easier place to get to or on a pedestal. Front door needs some weatherstripping, pretty good air gap below door knob. Instructions for the TV would be helpful. Overall Grest stay!
