LOCATION - 7 blocks south of Main Street
HOSTS - Home to yourselves, but there are other guesthouses to rent on the property
SLEEPS - Up to 4 people; 1 queen bed in loft area upstairs & 2 single beds in downstairs bedroom
BATH - 1 bath; Downstairs has a walk-in shower & toilet & upstairs has a whirlpool tub
KITCHEN - Kitchenette w/ a coffee maker, microwave & mini fridge
BREAKFAST - Breakfast certificates provided at check-in. Coffee & tea also provided
AMENITIES - TV, WiFi, front porch with seating, natural gas stove

The house does accept up to two dogs but we ask that each is 30 lbs or less. In addition, there is an additional pet fee of $22/pet/night (before tax). Furthermore, we ask that you do not allow the dogs on the beds or furniture, property dispose of their waste, and do not allow them on the furniture or beds. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation.

- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.

Cute but not my favorite

I was very disappointed in Larkspur. The house is extremely charming to look at but uncomfortable to stay in. The narrow, curving stairs were difficult to manage with middle aged knees. We didn't bother sleeping upstairs. There were not enough outlets in the proper spots by the twin beds for our cpap machines. You need to get some long extension cords. The couch and chair in the living room slope downward, best solution is to get rid of the small coffee table and replace it with ottomans that are higher up. The description mentioned sitting outside, which was not possible because the chairs were dirty. There were cigarette butts in the planter. Overall, we were physically uncomfortable with every aspect of our visit and would not go back and do not recommend. Very charming in pictures, though.
