Villa Les 3D - Four Bedroom House, Sleeps 8
We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Santec, charming house, in 100 meters of the beach, of a surface of 110 m ² and being able to accomodate to 8 travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 40 m² (with fireplace), equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1,000 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, fireplace (wood not provided) and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: queen size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a queen size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: a glass roof that gives access to a mezzanine, composed of a floor with a queen size bed (160×200) and a sofa bed on the ground floor.
- A shower room with shower.
- A separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- On the mezzanine: a single bed.
- Bedroom 4: a bunk bed.
- A shower room with a 80x140 shower and WC.
Outside :
- A private 8m x 3m swimming pool heated to 28°, open from April 1 to September 30 (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is secured by an electric shutter.
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 1,000 m² and a terrace of 30m², facing south, with a table for 10 people and garden furniture for 2 people to enjoy the beautiful days. In the garden, facing west, a relaxing lounge of 8m² for 8 people in the shade of fruit trees, offering unforgettable moments of sharing.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Santec, in a very pleasant environment with private access to the sea (Grand Plage du Dossen). You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops, bakery, mini-market, pharmacy. Hypermarkets are 5 minutes away by car. Several restaurants within 10 minutes drive in the communes of Saint Pol de Léon, Roscoff, Carantec, Cléder.
Activities :
- At 100 meters from the surf school, various water activities: surfing, kite-surfing, sand yachting.
- Walking along the dunes, and cycling.
- For jogging enthusiasts, the state forest 50 metres away offers several routes.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the enclosed garden (with gate) of the house (possibility of parking 2 to 4 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Morlaix train station located about 27 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Brest airport located about 48 minutes away by car.
Other remarks :
- An uncovered outdoor pool will be available from July 2023. It will be 8x3m.
- Sheets and towels included.
- Free Wifi available.
- The fireplace is functional, the wood is not provided. 15€ supplement will be asked for the supply of the wood.
- One pet <20 kilos is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
- All children swimming in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual.
