About this property

This Northern Property is located on the Cheboygan River just 10 minutes from town. The house is just 2.5 north of Mullet Lake, Indian River and Burt lake, and just 4 miles south of Duncan Bay and Lake Huron! The house is set privately at the end of a road. From Arcade, card and pool tables inside, to water access, grills, kayaks, paddle boards and a dock to fish or anchor your boat outside, you can have a paradise get away and plenty to do with out even leaving! We have cleared most of the weeds and over growth by the water as well as added a beach with an expansion to the shallow swimming area.

Great house!

We didn’t have the best weather, but the house was great and had lots to do! The games in the garage came in very handy along with the pool table and Ms Pac-Man machine. Would definitely stay here again!
