Great location and lots of potential with some small tweaks
The property is a charming house with ample space. Its location is perfect, a pleasant 20 min walk into Port Grimaud and seven minutes walk to a quiet and unspoilt residents’ beach. The private parking space nearby is a great addition as is the residents’ boat service.
The house has recently been renovated; although not yet finished. Some small tweaks would make this a great stay, such as a small welcome pack with general info and essentials (always welcome after a long journey).
The garden could also do with a bit of work as it has great potential but we couldn’t really use it as it was a bit rickety and tired.
Would recommend.

Zeer aangenaam huis die volledig gerenoveerd is. Ligging in Port Grimaud 2. Centraal tussen centrum en het strand. Wij hebben het met ons gezin een heel leuk verblijf gehad.

Außenbereich nicht nutzbar
Wer Port Grimaud kennt, weiß, dass die Lage des Hauses sehr gut ist. Es ist ruhig, der kleine Markt ist direkt in der Nähe, zum Stand Grande Plage läuft man 25 min.
Das Haus ist innen ist großzügig, die Räume und Bäder sehr schön, genug Schränke sind vorhanden. für das den gezahlten Preis hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass die Betten schon überzogen sind. die Bettwäsche lag nur auf dem Bett. die Fahrräder sind nicht nutzbar, da alle Reifen platt sind und keine Pumpe zur Verfügung stand.
Allerdings ist der Außenbereich verwahrlost. Es steht eine große Pinie im Garten, die sehr viel harzt! alles ist klebrig, die Möbel, die Kissen, einfach alles. Es war auch nichts sauber als wir ankamen, Liegen lagen im Gebüsch und waren mit Sicherheit seit längerem nicht genutzt. Wir wurden nicht darauf hingewiesen! Man kann den Außentisch nur nutzen, wenn man die Markise nicht mehr einfährt! Fazit ist, man sitzt immer im abgedunkelten Schatten. Ohne Schuhe konnte man gar nicht auf die Terrasse, leider beeinflusst ein nicht nutzbarer Außenbereich einen Sommerurlaub schon sehr.
wir würden das Haus nicht mehr buchen.

Hello, we are immensely surprised by your comments « that the outdoor area is not usable »!? You are the only of our tenants ever to comment on this. If the falling pines from the beautiful pine tree had bothered you, perhaps the cleaning lady checking you in did not advise you we have two sweepers for your free perusal? Also, if the new Boconcept Garden furniture had not been cleaned on arrival we will definitely make a remark to our cleaning lady and had We been informed, of course we would just have asked her to come back to clean it. Had you advised us the previous tenant had left the two bikes with a flat tire, I could have advised you we have FREE extra bike tires available for our tenants in the garden cupboard, as we have unfortunately had previous experience that the tenants do not tell us that they leave the FREE for Use bikes with a flat tire. Next time, just ask the property owner for advise, if you have any issues when renting.
Das Haus wurde bis direkt vor unserer Ankunft in Teilen frisch renoviert und hat neue Möbel bekommen. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen. Sehr gemütlich. Nette Nachbarn. Unkomplizierter Kontakt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
