Comfortable place and a great location

The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs. I thought climbing the stairs a couple times a day was a great way to work off the calories from all the chocolate croissants and ice cream cones! Florent, the owner, responds very quickly to messages.

Appartement très fonctionnel

Ce n'était pas des vacances mais un logement pour accueillir une équipe de travailleurs, le logement était très fonctionnel et bien placé. Je le reprendrais certainement pour mon prochain chantier sur Nice

Coupe du monde de rugby

Idéalement situé dans le vieux Nice, tout commerces et restaurants à proximité ainsi que les transports. Propreté au top, seul manque une TV indiquée dans le descriptif. Super séjour nous recommandons.
