The living room, kitchen and master bedroom are upstairs. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with ensuite bathroom.

The downstairs has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a twin bed with a trundle bed and a workspace.

Outdoor space includes a balcony and an enclosed backyard.

The unit is located in a residential area six blocks (10-15 minute walk) from the beach.

Carolina Beach get away.

Property was exactly as advertised. Great location and quiet neighborhood. Rented two bikes from pleasure island rentals which made it easy to get around town.

Weekend get away!

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. Everything was as described in the description. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but it is doable! Area was safe and quiet. Would recommend to anyone. Owner was very responsive.

Very nice property

The checks in process was very easy. The property was very nice and clean. Only thing I wished was that there were TVs in every bedroom especially the main bedroom. I am a person that likes to fall asleep to the sound of TV noise. Overall the house was great and would stay there again.

Carolina Beach 2022

We enjoyed our stay at Wine Down Time! The home was nicely decorated, comfortable, clean, and well stocked. It was in a quiet neighborhood, situated close to shopping, dining, and recreational activities. The 10-15 minute walk to a lovely beach was a bit hot at times, but doable. Thanks to Steve and family for an enjoyable getaway!

Modern Cozy Vacation Spot

This comfortable Carolina Beach townhome, was very clean, modern, cozy, spacious, and had every amenity imaginable! We enjoyed the deck, the private patio, as well as the short walk/ride to the beach and the state park. It's definitely on our list of one of the best stays we've had. Prior to booking, the owner was very responsive and most helpful with all our questions and concerns. We'd love to visit again!

Great, clean get-away

A very modern, new place that was great for my husband & I & 2 teenagers. The 2 teens had the whole bottom level to themselves & we had the main area on the upper level. It was like an apartment for the teen girls! It had all the amenities you might need for an awesome vacation. Would select this place again!

Great Stay Near The Beach!

This home was great and perfect for a family vacation! The home had an open concept with the owner’s suite on the top floor, and 2 bedrooms on the main level. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The porch off the living room was a great touch to the home, we enjoyed our time out there. Both Carolina and Cure beach were a 5 min drive. I would definitely book this home again!
