Relax in a two-story duplex newly built in 2020. Three bedrooms, 2.5 baths

The living room, kitchen and master bedroom are upstairs. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with ensuite bathroom.

The downstairs has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a twin bed with a trundle bed and a workspace.

Outdoor space includes a balcony and an enclosed backyard.

The unit is located in a residential area six blocks (10-15 minute walk) from the beach.

Driveway parking for two cars.

Weekend get away!

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. Everything was as described in the description. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but it is doable! Area was safe and quiet. Would recommend to anyone. Owner was very responsive.

Great house located near the beach!

We are so happy we chose this property! Steve was quick to respond to questions, all information was accurate, the house was very attractive and clean, and we weren’t far from the beach! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Steve!

Very nice property

The checks in process was very easy. The property was very nice and clean. Only thing I wished was that there were TVs in every bedroom especially the main bedroom. I am a person that likes to fall asleep to the sound of TV noise. Overall the house was great and would stay there again.

Carolina Beach 2022

We enjoyed our stay at Wine Down Time! The home was nicely decorated, comfortable, clean, and well stocked. It was in a quiet neighborhood, situated close to shopping, dining, and recreational activities. The 10-15 minute walk to a lovely beach was a bit hot at times, but doable. Thanks to Steve and family for an enjoyable getaway!
