Great location and lots of room

We loved our stay. Close to great shopping with the Champs-Elysees and Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honore nearby and in easy walking distance to the Grands Magasins, and with a jacuzzi on the upper terrace to relax after a day walking around Paris, it was perfect for all of us, both for those among us who didn’t know Paris and for those of us who did.

Lovely place to stay

We really enjoyed this property. It's great to have a kitchen and living space to come home to after exploring Paris. The hot tub and laundry were great bonuses. Thierry is lovely to work with, he was very accommodating and helpful.

Amazing Stay with a Fantastic Host in the Heart of Paris!

We had such an amazing stay at this penthouse in Paris! The place is beautiful, super comfortable, and had everything we needed for our family. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city.Our host was so kind and welcoming, really went out of their way to make sure we were settled in and had a great experience. He gave us tons of helpful tips and ideas for things to do, which made planning our days so much easier and more fun.Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better spot or a better host. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!

We had a great time at Theirry’s place. The location was perfect! The AC was great. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver after we were biking in the Loire valley. We stayed in Paris during the first week of the Protests and we felt completely safe in this apartment. Thank you Theirry for opening up this beautiful apartment for us to stay in.

Our Paris Adventure

Our group of 4 friends enjoyed our stay for a week in the penthouse as we had everything we needed. Lovely, spacious duplex with a terrace so we could enjoy the warm weather. Thierry and his wife were responsive to our questions and needs. The location is just off the Champs - Elysees and very convenient to public transport. There is an excellent bakery across the street and a small store too. Highly recommend this property which ensured we had a lovely time in Paris!

Great for families

The host was very responsive and attentive to our needs. He met us upon arrival, showed us all of the amenities and made sure we knew how to secure the door. The only issues we had were the hot tub needed repairing so it was not usable, which was disappointing, and the washer/dryer combo was difficult to understand until the host and his wife came over to show us how to operate it. Otherwise, our stay was very enjoyable. The space is very large. The rooms are comfortable. The location is superb. It is a great place for large families to stay and explore Paris.

Family Trip

The owner was very kind and cooperative allowing us early check in and late check out to accommodate our arrival and departure flights. The only thing that wasn’t clear was that one of the bathrooms was downstairs on the main living area as opposed to upstairs with the 3 bedrooms. Was okay but staircase is spiral and could be problem for some people. Great pastry/coffee shop across the street and next door Marriott has a good breakfast restaurant next door! Larry G

this penthouse is one of my favorite rentals not only because the location couldn’t be better (so many attractions only steps away) but mainly for its elegance & spaciousness. it’s more beautiful than the photos and, though located on the Champs-Élysées, the bedrooms are quiet with very comfortable beds. the the double terrace is an uncommonly impressive feature, full of greenery & charm. friendly host is extremely responsive & careful to accommodate requests, provide excellent recommendations, etc. i look forward to renting this penthouse on my next trip to Paris because there is no reason to search a better alternative!

Fantastic Location

The pictures are very accurate. It is a very nice apartment with easy access. Two large terraces one bottom floor other top floor with the jacuzzi. Very private. The bedrooms upstairs are fine, very close together, beds comfortable. It has three full baths, one downstairs and we were able to run the showers simultaneously with no issues. Very efficient for getting out quickly! The apartment is also relatively quiet, not a lot of outside noise like traffic, etc. peaceful at night. Boulangerie across the street is excellent and so was the boxing boot camp a few doors down! Little marker is also decent, and they had ice. Nicolas wine store around the corner on next block was good. No cheese stores nearby. Thierry was very nice. Only item I would make sure you fully understand is how to operate the washer/dryer it is all in one unit. A bit complicated and no easy step by step instructions just the original manual. More a recommendation than complaint it works well once figure it out. Overall a wonderful spot.
