Between a campsite and a building site

The layout of the property is excellent, with room for three generations to stay in comfort. There is a large garden, partially laid (unfinished?)with artificial grass. The property is very close to a camp site/holiday village at the rear and the building of another holiday home to the front - it is three miles from the center of St Jean le Monts. The property did not appear to be have been cleaned professionally between lettings - a number of things were very disappointing: the fridge had to be cleaned before use; bath mats needed washing; surfaces needed cleaning; the BBQ had not been swept by the previous users. In addition the washing machine stopped during its first use - the filter had become blocked with a considerable amount of detritus and took more than half an hour to empty and clean out. On arrival we found one hand basin was partially blocked and I had to buy a plunger from the local supermarket to free the blockage. Keeping the house clean was made more difficult by the lack of bags for the vacuum cleaner, which had been left full.

Très beau séjour- maison récente tout confort.

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend ds cette belle maison toute neuve, proche de la mer. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour bien profiter du séjour (équipements de la maison au top, terrasse et grand salon de jardin à l'arrière, jardin clos, beau terrain de boule, nombreuses brochures touristiques à dispo, et tout un placard de jeux de société !). La propriétaire s'est montrée très à l'écoute de nos questions et besoins, dès la réservation et tout au long du séjour. Je recommande fortement cette adresse.
