OPTIONAL ADD-ONS:
-Vacation Cancellation Protection- Allows cancellation for any reason up to 48 hours in advance of stay and guarantees 50% of all monies refunded ($125 fee applies at booking)

To adhere to community HOA regulations rentals shall be for no less than 3 days limited to one renter per 7 day period. When rented for 7 nights 10% discount will be applied to the nightly rate.

PLEASE NOTE: March - first week of April this cottage accepts monthly rentals only.

Only a short stroll (approximately 600 yards) to the pristine white-sugar sand beaches of South Walton, Our Knot on Call home is beautifully decorated and has so much to offer! Within the home, take advantage of three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, upgraded furnishings and finishes, and great outdoor space with screened in porch and decks. Tour the photos for a closer look at all the attention to detail. Located in the Cassine Village neighborhood, in addition to the easy beach access, enjoy the tennis courts and basketball hoop and then cool off at one of two swimming pools. For the solace seekers, just across the street you can leisurely walk through the nature garden with hiking paths, native plants, pond, picnic gazebo and community barbeque grill. For the more adventurous guests, entrance to the hiking trails to the State Forest and Eastern Lake is adjacent to the neighborhood within just one short block from the house.

Perfect Location

We had a great time and experience at this location. Just a few blocks from a beautiful beach and 30a. Management company was responsive and very accommodating. They even left a great gift for us upon arrival...would definitely recommend this home.

Ladies in luxury

This PERFECT property was just as expected, if not better. There were 3 ladies on a " get-away"- more than enough room for us each to have our own bedroom and bath. We spent much time on the back porch, in the pool, at the beach and walking to and from places. A quick drive to publix, food trucks- whatever. HIghly recommend for a girls trip, small family etc... Hope to book it again next year for the same experience!

Great location

It was so nice to have the outside living space, although it was accessible via the bedroom only. It was still nice. I would have made that downstairs bedroom the master. Nonetheless it was a wonderful stay. Nice quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly- some were full time residents. Would definitely enjoy a return trip.

Weird layout

The house itself was poorly designed. The downstairs bedroom was the only access point to the screened porch, which was the focal point of the home. That bedroom was a child’s bedroom with 2 twin beds, which means that in order to use the screened porch, one must walk through the kids room. Awkward. They were also many examples of drawers or cabinets that could not be opened at the same time as the dishwasher or refrigerator. The community grill was tucked back in the woods, was tiny, filthy and unusable.

Thank you for your review. The cottage owners truly love their home and listen to all feedback. They have mailed a grill so future guests do not have to use the community grill (should be here August 2021) and are looking at changing the twin beds to a queen bed. We will update the description if this change is made. We hope you enjoyed your stay!
