2 Bedroom top floor condominium with 2 full baths and vaulted ceilings in "The Quarters at Marlin Cove" 4 story condo building located on the waterfront of the bayside at 120th St with a short walk to the beach, shopping, and OC's best restaurants. Overlooks the canal on the bayside and the weekly Fireworks show at North Side Park. Private Balcony, Sleeps 6, 3 TV's, Wifi, Full size washer and dryer, and Fireplace for the off season rentals. Family oriented building with year round occupants. Boat slip available for $100 weekly pending availability. This is a NO smoking and NO pet condominium.

Must be minimum 28 years of age. No occupants under the age of 28 unless they are children of the tenant (Exceptions are available case by case with written request and approval prior to executing the agreement). A copy of state driver’s license or state ID for each adult is required when making reservation.

A signed copy of the attached rental agreement along with a copy of state driver’s license or state ID for each adult is required to rent the condo. If you are unable to find the attached rental agreement, please include your email address with the reservation and one will be emailed to you. It shall be completed and emailed along with copy of driver’s license for all adults to the email address in the rental agreement or attached to the message thread within 48 hours of reservation. If it is not received within 48 hours after reservation, then the reservation will be canceled.

Quarters at Marlin Cove

Our second stay at this property. Roomy layout, clean, and convenient location. Nice balcony overlooking canal and able to watch Northside Park Sunday fireworks.

Good property but I won’t be a return guest.

The property is situated across a small canal from other properties so zero privacy on the nice big balcony. The property was seemingly clean but the over use of linen freshener kept us sniffling all through our stay. Seriously would need an antihistamine every time you walk in the property. Very disappointed for the money or cost.

Great place to stay

This condo is super clean and in a convenient location. It is very quiet, well-stocked and appointed. If I were to visit again, I would definitely stay here.

Great condo!

From the instant I booked this reservation to our departure back home today, this experience has been wonderful! Our host was so quick to respond and was very helpful if I had any questions. The condo was so pretty and had everything that we needed! The view from the balcony is amazing and we even saw some fireworks one night, what a pleasant surprise. I will definitely stay here again when we come back to OC.
