Welcome to 945 Central Avenue in the heart of Ocean CIty, NJ! This well-appointed, super clean, newer construction, top (second) floor unit features four bedrooms (all with Smart TVs), two baths, large open kitchen/living room with plenty of seating, gas fireplace, large screen Smart TV with surround sound, vaulted ceilings, a large front deck and a private, roof top deck with sweeping views from beach to bay. The downstairs unit is also part of the JiLLy’s stay group and is available for booking, as is the whole home (both units).

UNIT FEATURES
Enjoy the experience of a private, gated side yard, large gated porch, private outdoor shower and complimentary beach chairs, board games, and toys to enjoy during your vacation.
The open layout dining room has seating for six for family meals or game nights. The living room is spacious with plenty of seating to kick back and relax, a Smart TV with surround sound, and a gas fireplace.
The bright, open kitchen is stocked with cookware, silverware, glasses, paper towels and dish soap. There’s a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove top, and oven.
The primary bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub/shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a full size bed, and finally, the fourth bedroom also has a full size bed. The second bathroom has a bathtub. Each comes stocked with essentials.
Enjoy the outdoor play area, garden, and large furnished porch. This property has so many ways to enjoy the sunshine and salt air… whether you’re searching for a spot of solace, or a open air space to hang with friends

There are a lot of steps which was fine for my family, we anted to be the top floor, but would consider renting the first floor next year for my parents and ease of loading and unloading. Overall great house and location. The twin bunk room had some of the best mattresses in any rental I’ve used.
