This quintessential 50's brick bungalow duplex features glass block windows, spacious rooms, a breezeway, small fenced yard, stocked kitchen for cooking yourself, and one parking spot on the property, and three season "breezeway" at rear of building with TV/ fan/ seating, for socializing . One half block to Wilmore Park or five blocks to Francis Park both complete with trails, playgrounds, and tennis or pickle ball courts, even a "beer garden" at Francis Park. . A great neighborhood for walking/running, biking , socializing, or just sitting.
