Renovated 4 bedroom 3 bath condo. All the amenities of home but right on the lake with a great view and private steps to the lake. This unit has been completely redone with new paint, tile and flooring throughout. Brand new appliances in the kitchen and a bar with an ice cold beverage refrigerator and icemaker to fill that cooler up before heading out on the lake. Unlimited high speed wifi, flat screens TV's with streaming TV ready in each bedroom and even an outdoor TV located on the deck, so you can catch the game and the great view. Located in Deerfield Resort on Norris Lake , which offers an 18 hole golf course, playground, tennis courts, private air strip, private pool for the condos, marina (with boat launch) and Tiki Bar/Restaurant. Relax in the condo or out on the large deck grilling your dinner while watching the sunset. This unit has private steps off the deck right down to the lake and private dock area. If you wish arrangements can be made for an uncovered boat slip during your stay for additional fee.

Spacious Condo in perfect location

Condo looks to be newly renovated with nice finishes. Location is close to the dock, pool and a short ride to the Tiki bar. Bedrooms are large and provide lots of sleeping options. Highly recommend this property.

We had a great time at Ryan &Leslie’s condo. They had everything we needed and more. The view of the lake with our coffee every morning was so relaxing. The lay out of the condo worked well with our kids and grandkids . The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals, and beverage center was a big perk . Access to the lack and boat slip was quick and easy. Ryan was responsive to questions we had. Would love to stay again in the future! Wonderful place!

Alan, I am sorry but all the lakefront properties do have some steps but ours has very minimal compared to most. Only two flights and you are directly on the lake. Also we were never notified of any plumbing issue, the clogged toilet was easily fixed with a plunger though which we do provide in each bathroom. I hope you will give us another chance in the future.

Superbly Wonderful and Extremely Well Equipped!

There's not one single thing we could've needed at this property. It's the best equipped condo I've ever rented and will definitely recommend to friends and family. I look forward to my next stay here. Ryan and Leslie were exceptional hosts. The view is stunning, the distance to our boat from the back door was an easy walk. It was great to be able to watch my 10 year old grandson fish from the dock as I had my coffee on the deck. Absolutely BEST PLACE EVER!

Norris Condo Review

This condo is located in a wonderful spot in the Deerfield marina cove. The amenities we needed were all provided. Loved having an ice maker! My only watch out is the 2 flights of stairs going from the parking lot to the condo. If you're with someone with mobility issues, this could be challenging. I would highly recommend this condo.

Family's First Lake Vacation

This was our family's first trip to Norris Lake and we loved it. Perfect layout and number of bed/bathrooms for 6 adults and 6 kids (ages 3 to 10). This condo exceeded our expectations in every way. It's the first time we rented a place that I did NOT feel the need to clean anything (dishes, pans, utensils, etc.) before we used it!! It has high-end, first-class features and more amenities than you could ever use during a vacation. We didn’t expect the 3 levels of stairs going down to the condo from the parking lot. Not a problem overall; just exhausting carrying everything down from our overpacked cars. But it was well worth it when we walked into this beautiful condo with its amazing views!! We all had a great time; loved the pool and spending a day on our rented pontoon party boat. Guaranteed, you will not be disappointed when you stay here!!

Beautiful Lake View Ranch condo

We stayed at this beautiful home over 4th of July with our family. We have 4 grown kids, and a grandson who is 2. The condo worked well for us as everyone was on one floor, but we all had our own bedrooms and space. Kitchen was well stocked, 12 person dining room table, and large living room with a pit couch. The outdoor space had a grill, TV, porch swing, and lounge furniture where we had our morning coffee, and evening deserts. It has a beautiful view of the lake, which is in a no wake zone that goes back to the Tiki Hut! It wasn’t too far of a walk to the boat slip, where we docked our own pontoon boat. We watched fire works from our boat docked in front of the condo. We loved the ice machine for drinks and the cooler, which saved us from going to the marina every day for ice. We also enjoyed the pool, which was located two doors down, with our 2 year old grandson while the other kids did a hike. There are 2-4 flights of stairs leading down to the front door of the condo, but don’t let that deter you from staying here. As once we checked in we rarely used those stairs till check out. On the back side of the condo there are a set of cement steps to the dock that we used and were great for coming and going to the lake. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again. The host Ryan was great to work with and was very kind and quick to respond to all of my questions throughout our trip.

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house condo for our boys’ first vacation! It was the perfect little getaway for our family and gave us such a relaxing break from everyday life. The condo itself was exactly what we needed, clean, comfortable, cozy, and well-kept. We really enjoyed our time there and felt right at home.The only disappointment was that the pool was closed and under construction during our stay, as we had really been looking forward to using it with our toddler. However, that didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed the condo itself and the quality time together as a family. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it for a peaceful family getaway!

By far the nicest property we have stayed in at Norris Lake!

We have been renting houses/condos every year at Norris Lake since 2006, and this condo was definitely the nicest and most updated property we have stayed in! Excellent location on the lake as well.

Roomy and clean!

Completely enjoyed our visit to Deerfield/Norris Lake! The condo was clean, comfortable and roomy! Loved the deck, lots of space and great views. The only things I can say bad are that even with pictures and directions the condo is hard to find being that it’s front door is two floors below the parking level. But the plus is that it’s closer to the lake on the back side. Also the slip we rented was not covered. I prefer a covered slip.
