About this property

Wraparound Balcony provides Gorgeous Gulf Views from Every Room

SNOWBIRD SPECIALS available for this January and February!!!
From its wraparound balcony, the condo features unparalleled views of the Gulf. Occupants can see up and down the beach from sunrise to sunset. The ocean is visible from all rooms, and each bedroom has direct access to the balcony. Our family purchased this unit because it was our favorite in well over a decade of visiting the area.

The unit is located on the 7th floor. It is a corner unit so it has a broader view than many condos. The complex has private access to the beach.

The condominium can comfortably host 8 occupants. The master bed has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom features a bunk bed, with a twin bed on top and a full-sized bed on bottom. There is also a full-sized trundle bed available. The family room includes a sleep sofa.

The entire condominium complex just completed a major renovation in the Spring. Building B, where our unit is located, completed renovations in June 2024. Building A completed renovations last May. With the improvements, the All-New Summerhouse at Romar Beach looks great inside and out.

Omg! Views were incredible! Nicely and comfortably furnished. I love the coffee pot so much. I came home and bought one just like it! There were plenty of towels and extra blankets because we were there when it was in the 40s. At night, we could cozy up and watch TV or play a board game. Great place! Great vacation.

What hospitality! Michael and Christy emailed as soon as we booked to introduce themselves and offer recommendations for our trip. Typically, we fly in early and go to the beach before checking into our condo, but Michael texted as soon as the cleaner was out so we could drop our stuff before heading down to the beach! He even checked in on us during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything! But Michael and Christy’s hospitality is icing on the cake for this cozy condo - the wrap-around patio, beach chairs (we have NEVER stayed at a place with chairs!!), fun family games, and wonderful location made our stay truly amazing. This is our third year to visit Orange Beach and is by far our favorite. Thank you, Michael and Christy, for sharing your vacation home with us!

My wife Christy and I have enjoyed the Orange Beach and Gulf Shores area since we were both children. After we were married, we decided to make a trip to Orange Beach an annual (at least) tradition. It's such a beautiful beach, the people in the area are so friendly, and there are lots of great restaurants to visit.

Why they chose this property

About 6 years ago, we stayed in this location. Up until that year, we had intentionally stayed at different units each year as we enjoyed trying different places. However, after we visited this Summerhouse location, we decided this was our favorite and we returned here every year after that. We were ecstatic when we had the chance to purchase the property earlier this year.

What makes this property unique

The balcony offers views of the Gulf unlike any we've seen. You can watch the sunrise and the sunset from the balcony as the unique wraparound corner balcony provides unobstructed views up and down the beach.
