Come enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom house w/ separate office and upstairs game room w/ pool table! Take a dip in the sparkling pool or lay out in that Az sun! Take advantage of the fire pit area and outdoor games like corn hole with friends and family! All TVs are smart TVs to watch all your favorite shows and games! The game room is has an amazing pool table and many games to play with friends or perfect for the kids as well!

There are three large bedrooms! The Master bedroom is spacious with a king size bed and has TWO walk in closets! Other rooms are spacious with queen size beds. All bedrooms have smart TVs, extra linens and pillows, everything to make you feel at home! Hotel amenities in the bathrooms like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, makeup wipes, razors and shaving cream, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and bow dryers. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a meal or eat in! Home is stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, shampoo, conditioner, and laundry soap.*Please do not take the pool cleaner out of the pool or mess with any of the pool equipment.

The host was responsive and did send someone out to clean the pool, remove some trash, and replace the battery in the lock. However, the property still appeared unprepared for guests, and we continued discovering issues throughout our stay.We have stayed in many short term rental properties and have never experienced this level of cleanliness and maintenance concerns. In fact, two guests in our group chose to book alternate accommodations.Issues we encountered included:• Pool was not clean upon arrival• Dusty blinds throughout the home• Backyard was littered with bottle caps, cigarette butts, and other debris• Grill was dirty with caked-on food and not usable• Used marshmallow skewers left outside• Pool floats were covered in dirt and bird droppings and unusable• Empty water bottles and beer cans left inside decorative vases• Hair, dust, and dirt under beds• Oven mitts were heavily soiled and unusable• Excess trash on arrival, including bags that did not fit in the trash cans• We were asked to take overflow trash to the community dumpster• AC settings were restricted and could not be lowered below the preset temperature. We had to text host when we wanted to change the AC.• We were locked out due to a low battery in the door lock• Rusty nails were present in the backyardOverall, while the host communicated and attempted to address some concerns, the property did not meet the cleanliness and readiness standards we expected for a vacation rental.
