Loved this property. We planned a stay-cation and held a small celebration . We disussed with the host who replied instantly and gave us the green light. Everything was accommodating. Pool was nice and clean. Good memories

We loved the house and the pool! We came from Texas where we are used to the heat, but that Phoenix heat hits a little different. Having a pool to cool off in was perfect! Kyla was an AMAZING host, always available to help and answer any questions we had. Our only complaint was that the AC was locked at 74 degrees, so it would get a bit warm at times. Other than this, we were super pleased!! Thank y'all for having us!

House was perfect for our family. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and eat breakfast each day. Located close to stores...and only 15-20 minutes from the Peoria Sports Complex where we enjoyed many spring training games. Go Mariners!

My family traveled to Phoenix for my brother's wedding. The house was conveniently located near my brother's, for shopping, and in a quiet neighborhood. Having a pool on those scorching late July days was great. The filtered screens also were nice. The pool table was a plus since we all enjoy shooting a good game of pool. The only downside was how warm it was in the house during the day. The house temp averaged 79-83 degrees with the thermostat at a fixed setting of 74 degrees. Overnight the house cooled down, but during the day we found activities around the cities to check out. Kyla, the host, was easily reachable for a couple of questions I had and very quick to respond. The garage has two storage racks hanging from the ceiling so if you have an SUV, it could be tricky parking - we made it work!! Oh there's also a basketball game in the garage that was some additional entertainment. Each room had a tv and the bathrooms were more than adequately stocked! Thank you Kyla for offering such a wonderful house to call home away from home!

Well kept house. Very comfortable house. Lots of space to relax inside and out. TVs in all rooms. 3 full baths. Excellent washer and dryer. Owners suite is spacious. Very convenient location. Pricing for length of stay was very good. Owner was very accessible.
